Wickes - Anerley レビュー

We designed our kitchen with Sree in the Anerley store in just one appointment after a long search for our kitchen and disappointing consultations with other kitchen suppliers. Sree is professional, friendly and very efficient at designing your kitchen to your space requirements. She is clearly very experienced and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a stress free kitchen experience. She takes all the hard work out of the process so you can focus on the nice things like choosing materials. The design appointment doesn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. We were able to take away our quote to review everything / make changes before making a decision.

Wickes is very competitive on cost and the appliances are good value compared to buying separately. You also have the option to install with Wickes or use your own build team.

Our designer Sree has also been very responsive to any questions ahead of our kitchen delivery. The delivery was seamless, on time, and very efficient by two friendly delivery drivers.

We also have been communicating with the worktop supplier team who have been great at organising a date for the templating. 10/10 experience.

Thank you so much!

Anna was amazing, lighthearted and full of jokes. I loved my experience here because of her and she made it so much better! Val was also great he was kind and made sure we got the most out of our refund and purchases. Together they made our time shopping at the store 10x better! I would love to see them again the next time I visit the store.

Many thank you’s from Andrea and Nicole.

I had a truly exceptional experience. Kay provided outstanding and invaluable assistance, expertly guiding me through the selection process and alleviating all my concerns. Her patience, kindness, and thoroughness were exemplary. Kay's dedication is commendable, and I express my sincere gratitude.. A BIG THANK YOU KAY I am forever grateful for your time .
Definitely should be a Manager or a teacher of Customer care

The team at Penge Wickes have been so helpful over the past 5 months. I just want to show some recognition to all of them as I haven't come across not one person who hasn't gone above and beyond to assist me with the things I've needed.

This is my local store so I visit quite frequently. The staff are always very helpful and the store has everything I need. On the last visit, Val in particular was very helpful. He had great product knowledge. Will continue to shop here.

The fishwick brothers were amazing they always have a smile on their face making my time a breeze. They are very efficient and knowledgeable and would reccomend them!!! The only reason I still shop here!! 10/10 service

Great thanks to Anthony and Afrim for a super service from wickes at Anerley

Very helpful staff got us some boxes to help us move house - thanks Val

Val was very helpful

Val very helpful

We had our shower room designed and fitted by Wickes. Mo the designer was excellent insuring that all went smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups but Mo pulled out all the stops to make sure everything went OK. The fitters were excellent and were very clean and tidy. Would recommend Wickes again.

I have been coming to Wickes, Anerley everyday this week since I am undergoing a house refurb. Some of the staff haven’t been helpful. I asked a simple question ‘what is the difference between this and that paint’ and I was told ‘I don’t know just search it up’. Why are you working in Wickes if you don’t know anything about the products? Makes no sense. Regardless, only 2 staff members, Damian and Afrim have been helpful and nice to us. They answered our questions and advised us on the products, unlike the rest of the staff who were just rude and ignorant. Also thank you Afrim for helping me to the car with the heavy shopping. Lastly, the security guard (didn’t get his name) has also been nice and helpful. The others need serious training in basic customer service.

Damian (from the Anerley store) was a fantastic help when ordering our new fence with him. He was very knowledgeable, had our interests at heart and told us some interesting things to be aware of. Very lovely chap and a big thank you to him!

Harry was so helpful. Great customer service. I got the right product for what I needed. 10/10

Wonderful experience with the delightful friendly and knowledgeable Anna at Anerley branch

Thanks

Mo in Anerley was absolutely fantastic. Lovely bloke and knowledgeable. Funny and good salesman. I know I could have got the kitchen cheaper elsewhere however the quality and knowledge how from Mo wouldn't have been the same.
Great all-round. Highly recommended.

Staff are always helpful and polite so just keep doing what your doing guys. Was served by kay and usually served by this lady who always greats me and tells me to have a good day/evening

Harry was super helpful and patient while I listed all of the products I needed! I would definitely recommend the Anerley store with their helpful staff and extensive product range.

Excellent helpful staff - Anna served and gave great advice.

Anna was super helpful. Showed us everything we needed.
