The kitchen is good quality, it looks very nice.
The sales process was smooth and easy, thanks mainly to Sadia from Blackheath Wickes store. She has been top notch all the time, replying to my emails even after hours.
Now, the post sales customer service is the real problem with this company. If you have any issues post installation, or need any assistance, then good luck! They will not reply to your emails, and when they do it is after multiple requests, and always in an unprofessional way.

Update: they reached out two weeks ago to follow up on this issue. They've asked me to provide more details of the fault and promised to get the ball rolling. I have sent them all the details they've asked for on the same day, I've chased them up 3 times since then, and not even a reply to say "we've got your email, we'll be in touch soon", I'm just being ignored. I understand that my issue might not be the most severe or urgent, but this is not the way you should deal with customers.

We recently had a Wickes kitchen fitted to an appalling standard. We logged a complaint and was told that because we had signed the satisfaction agreement, little could be done. They offered that the same fitter return and rectify some of the poor work, to which we refused.
A field installation manager came out and took photos of the uneven cupboards and still we have not heard nothing back.
Make sure the designer works full time, we had communication difficulties with that person working part time hours, and that you are not pressurised to sign of the work because the fitter wants their money.
We now have a huge loan to pay back which in my opinion is not worth £16,000, for what would have been a beautiful bespoke kitchen.

Excellent range of good quality products for my decking project, helpful friendly staff, availability of trolleys and loading area plus good prices.

We had a bathroom design today in Blackheath with Jing Wang and she was fantastic super helpful and efficient. Highly recommend

My first time ordering from this company.
Always used B@Q or Selco previously.
Doing a small project and I ordered 4 items to be delivered.
1ST DELIVERY: one of the timber was damaged and there was a box of screws missing.
2ND DELIVERY: the box of screws came damaged ripped with screws missing and the replacement timber was not in the order.
Called store again to reorganise delivery.
3RD DELIVERY: received a text the day before stating that they will deliver after 10. Driver called at 9.30 that they were outside. I live in a block of flat with 20 floors. By the time I arrived downstairs the drivers already left leaving my items on the floor next to the lift in front of a doorway.
The consierge came out of his office and told me he has never experienced anything like it.
The drivers didn’t even left the items with him but passed him went by the lifts and just threw them on the floor and left.
I called them back on the number they call me to let them know that they had to collect the box of screws and timber but they didn’t reply.
It’s safe to say that I will never ever order from this company again. If they can get an order of four items so wrong I dread to think what it would be like if I made a bigger order.

Vikash was our kitchen designer and we are absolute thrilled with the results, everything from beginning to end was dealt with brilliantly. His customer service is exceptional and we were extremely satisfied with all his expertise and attention to detail. Love our new kitchen and can’t thank him and Wickes enough. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new Wickes bathroom. The entire process, from design to installation was smooth, easy to understand, and carried out in a very prompt manner. The designer, Vik, was absolutely brilliant, and such a lovely person to communicate with.

The installer, Mitch was also brilliant. I’ve had a lot of very negative experiences with plumbers in London, so it was such a relief to finally have a great one install my bathroom. My bathroom is a very small, awkward space, and he worked incredibly efficiently, and finished it to the absolute highest standard.

All in all, I couldn’t be happier!

I recently had my kitchen redesigned and could not be happier with the outcome — and much of that is thanks to Sadia, my incredible kitchen designer.

From our very first meeting, Sadia was attentive, creative, and genuinely interested in understanding how I use my kitchen and what I wanted from the space. She asked thoughtful questions and came back with a design that was not only beautiful but practical, making the most of every inch without compromising on style.

What really stood out was her eye for detail and her ability to balance aesthetics with functionality. Sadia offered helpful suggestions I hadn’t even considered and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism. Her communication was always clear, and she made what could have been a stressful project feel exciting and smooth from start to finish.

The final result speaks for itself — the kitchen feels totally transformed, tailored to my taste, and genuinely a joy to cook and spend time in. I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family already!

I would highly recommend Sadia to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and design-savvy kitchen expert. She made the entire experience not just easy, but enjoyable.

Delivery teams play a big role in shaping the image of a company. Many - including myself - have stopped using some companies that use inferior delivery services (for example, making me wait in all day and not showing). At the opposite end is Wickes (Blackheath location), whose delivery team is so consistently superb that I buy my garden supplies exclusively from them. They provide me with a delivery slot, phone me when they are near, and carry my heavy items to my back door. The polite and friendly team today (Alex and Lee) were as brilliant as always. Credit also to the departmental manager Jess who oversees the deliveries at Wickes for choosing such an outstanding team. I look forward to buying whatever else I can from Wickes Blackheath in future!

I am very pleased with my new Wickes kitchen. Jing Wang the Design Consultant at the Blackheath Branch was so helpful from start to finish and helped me to achieve exactly what I wanted with the Design and layout of my kitchen. Extremely friendly service and I have already recommended Jing to my friends.

Jing from the Blackheath store was my designer and she had the patience of a saint as I kept changing things. She told me what would work and she was spot on
The fitters Nas and his team were excellent and finished ahead of schedule. They also returned quickly to rectify some minor issues

Brilliant customer service and staff are always approachable and friendly. Hayley was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me find the items I needed.

I planned to renovate my kitchen for a long time but was not sure if I could make it due to our large project. But then I met Jing Wang, a fantastic designer at Wickes Branch in Blackheath and with her knowledge, patience, professionalism and positiveness my dreams finally came true. I loved the design, I loved the materials, I loved working with Jing. She has a great talent to listen to the client and put all her effort to reach a right agreement in design and communication. She visited my house; she made time for my many visits and has been extremely kind and helpful. Later I realized that Lady Luck was truly on my side when all work in my house was completed by the best Wickes’s fitter Atonas, whom I trusted fully and undoubtedly. All my worries had melted away when he took over my kitchen project. His positiveness and craftmanship are simply unbelievable.
He planned all work ahead and knew answers to all questions and quickly found solutions to problems, which usually come with this sort of work.
When everything finally fell into place, then everyone could see that our kitchen came out so beautiful! I still hold my breath up when I enter it!! Thank you, Jing and Atonas, thank you, Wickes!!

I visited Wickes Blackheath with great anxiety due to confusion of paints to use in a big revamp of living space. But all panned out well when I met a knowledgeable and friendly staff member called Jackie. She was able to explain all the varieties and uses of the different paints I required. I now have beautiful co-ordinated painted living space. Thank you for your help! Much appreciated 👏 💐 Fan

Excellent service byT&M London specialist LTD. Mitch and Timmy handled all the build work professionally and even helping handling missing deliveries by Wickes during installation for the bathroom. Very quick to finish their work but without costing quality.

Really happy with our Wickes bathroom renovation. Vik (Blackheath branch) was great in helping us spec out the bathroom (even threw in a little couples' therapy when we disagreed on color scheme), and Timmy who did our installation was also great. Already eyeing a 2nd bathroom to do up with the same team!

We had discussed refurbishing our kitchen for years but always stalled as the prospect was too daunting. However Sadia made the process so easy from beginning to end. She was accommodating of our changes and made herself very available, often responding to queries on non working days. We are delighted with the outcome and are extremely grateful for her experience and attention
