Richard helped us with the design and purchase of our new bathroom. He was very helpful, knowledgeable. He also asked for some information in advance which made the process a lot easier and quicker.

Gemma designed our kitchen. She is a professional with passion.We changed the project several times and each time, Gemma, with a smile and patiently changed, what we asked for. She help and advised what would be the best with the space we had. The kitchen design is fantastic. Whoever is looking for help to design their dream kitchen. Bought and paid for a new kitchen, including installation. Design Consultant was helpful and very keen, took my money and said that a customer relations manager and fitter would be in contact. It has ended up with me chasing them for weeks to try and get anything done, then they assigned a fitter who couldn't do the job and he cancelled appointment at last minute. Then had to wait for another fitter to be found. All comms from customer services have been appalling. They are very happy to take your money but providing any customer service afterwards if like pulling teeth.

Further edit, 4 months after paying for the kitchen, and still without a functioning kitchen.
Still have ongoing problems with Wickes and their kitchen delivery. They kept getting the delivery dates wrong despite them being agreed, they'd then input them into their system incorrectly. Not all items paid for were delivered, some items delivered were damaged. That is just the start of the mess, fitter contacted customer services to get replacement units, they sent one bit, but not others, then turned up after being chased with some of the other bits, but they were the wrong bits. Failed to deliver an appliance because of their delays at the start of the project they had sold all their stock (despite me paying for it), and claimed they couldn't source a new one, so I have had to go to the manufacturer myself and buy it (apparently too difficult for them to do), now waiting for a refund if they actually are going to give me one, I can't get hold of my Customer Experience Coordinator to reply to emails or phone calls.

Rich Bounds designed a great looking kitchen and has done a great job of kickstarting the installation process - would recommend!

I am very pleased with my new bathroom. Rich Bounds, the design consultant, was very good at providing suggestions on the design and was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer my questions promptly.
The installer, Dan Groarke, was also very good and did a great job at fitting it all with no fuss with no delays.

A warm welcome from Mattew Hoare for a quote to do our bathroom. He was excellent. He explained every details and showed a 3d make up of the shower unit to be installed and the actual fixs and fixtures. We were impressed and happy so we paid the cost in full

Came in to pick up some testers. Matt was really helpful, mixed the samples and talked me through the best paints to use for the job as well as the amounts I would need. Will definitely visit again.

Wickes Longwell Green does an amazing job catering to a range of projects, whether it’s building a new shed or renovating a bedroom. They supply high end products with good guarantee and amazing reliability. The staff there are very knowledgeable of the products they sell and have an eagerness to help and supply anyone with whatever they need. I would recommend to take a trip highly!

Great meeting with our Sales Representative today Rich Bounds to go over our Bathroom Plan and finalise everything. All booked now and ready for Installation. Good choice of Shower Cubicles, Toilets, Vanity Units and Taps. We cannot wait now to see the end results.

Had a really great experience at Wickes.

I couldn’t get enough flooring at one store, so I came to Longwell Green to get enough to finish my project.

Unfortunately the flooring I wanted was up in the racking. Even though the store was busy at the time, the duty manager and forklifter went out of their way to drop the pallet I needed, and even gave me a discount because the product was end-of-line.

Couldn’t be happier with my service!
