Very pleased with our new kitchen! Raiza from Cirencester branch was very knowledgeable and patient as I adjusted our design several times! Good communication throughout the process and our fitter, Nigel, was excellent! Would definitely use Wickes design and fit again. 👍

The pain of bathroom made easier with help and guidance from Raiza De Souza our designer. The original design was slightly changed a couple of times and finally completely redesigned. The advice and help along with her patience has given me the perfect bathroom.

Marie in the Cirencester branch is so lovely every time we visit, she is an absolute joy and makes us laugh every time 😀

Let down to wickes, obviously doesn’t need his job I object to being called chap!

Marie in the Cirencester branch is always cheerful, smiling, knowledgeable and helpful. If I’m unsure if something, I make a beeline to find her!

So frustrating trying to order sheet timber for delivery. I have to go through the whole ordering process to see what delivery dates are available. Wickes only allow delivery ordering up to 8 days in advance, so now have to go on the Wickes website every day to hopefully book the day I want. I can only take delivery on specific date because the sheets are heavy and need a relative to help me shift them. Why can't you show available dates without having to go through the ordering process?

Why do you need extra information I've told you what the problem is. You have asked for the order number when I haven't been able to make an order because the delivery dates aren't available which is what this review is about. ????

We had a meeting for a new kitchen with Steve and could not of been happier with the experience.
So much time was taken to design our kitchen just the way we wanted, with expert knowledge helping us along the way. Everything was so easy, and and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a meeting with Steve!

Tried to return a broken toilet seat that was less than 2 months old. This was toilet seat no3 having previously exchanged the item before due to the other two also developing the same fault.

Even though I explained to the store manager that I was on my third seat since originally purchasing it in Feb 24, and so didn’t want another exchange but a refund, the Store manager refused because it was outside of 30 days and because I didn’t have the original packaging (even though the item was faulty and within its 1year guarantee period).
Contacted Wickes customer service to raise a complaint. They said that because it was purchased via click and collect, it was down to the store to decide whether or not they refund me and so there is nothing they can do. Customer service contacted the store and their reply to me was:

“I have looked into this issue on my end and because its a click and collect order, we have to go back to that specific store and speak to them about the matter. The store came back saying that they spoke to you in the store and refused the refund due to it being outside the 30days so what more do we want them to do.

I can however not do anything on my end because of the type of order it is”

Shocking - not being able to get a refund on a faulty not fit for purpose item, of less than 2 months old, and Wickes head office being unable/unwilling to do a thing about it.
Shocking.

Had an issue with a water damaged worktop but wasn’t in a position to return & wait for a replacement and after initially saying I should have returned it the team did see sense and offered a partial refund which was acceptable. Thanks to Marie & team for resolving the issue in a nice manner.

I find wickes in Cirencester to be a good store, but sometimes I have to feel for the staff, and their customers. I am sick and tired of being asked for 50p while doing my shopping. I know it is for a good cause, but some people can not afford to do it and you feel bad for saying no, more so when you are asked various times if you come in during the times while it’s on. Even more so, that it happens various times of the year and a big deal is not even made. I know the staff in there are trying their best and it’s pressure from above. Please can you think of other ways to do this money raising, maybe putting it into the card machine or “round up your purchase” to the nearest £1, or doing fun event. I think I stand for many people across the country who also feel this same way. I have only given a 5 star review because usually the store is great, but if I know these asks are on, I tend to avoid the store and take my business elsewhere… I also signed up for this just to leave this review as I have previously mentioned to wickes before and nothing ever changes.

I had two bathrooms done simultaneously as they were adjacent. One a very small ensuite one a small family bathroom.

There were some technical challenges meaning design changes on the fly but the overall result is gorgeous.

We met Raisa at the showroom and explained our needs, she came around to carry out a site ssurvey and put together a great design with the options we had seleted.
Our fitter was Danny and he was excellent running a very efficient install coordinating the different trades and working in a very clean and tidy manner. We would have no hesitatioon is using either Danny or Wickes again for another project

We would highly recommend Wickes in Cirencester. We visited the showroom and met Raiza the sales and design person, who dealt with us. Raiza visited us at our house, she took measurements and emailed through a 3D view of what our kitchen would look like. Everything was very professional and nothing was to much trouble. For the fitting of the kitchen we had Will, he was amazing. He kept us informed of what he was doing and would always ask us before doing something to confirm we were happy with where it would go and how it would look.

Planning made alot easier by Raziza's expertise, kitchen looks fantastic and has made a huge difference cosmetically and practically. Our fitter Steve was also fantastic, very professional and pleasant.
We love our new kitchen. I would definitely recommend Wickes Cirencester where Raiza is based.

I had a great experience redecorating my bathroom. I had some initial ideas and Raiza helped to create a perfect design. I felt supported at every step and really happy with the result. Thank you Raiza and wicks team!
