If this is a start to our purchase of a Kitchen from Wickes London Road Derby DE24 8WA then we are clearly Delighted with Wickes Derby and our Design Consultant Steve Smith what a wonderful Chap walked around there Show Kitchens with us gave us some good Ideas on what we had explained to him, came to visit us for a Measure up of our Kitchen explained everything what he thought and even told us about an extra job that he thought would help us and it wouldn't cost any Extra because they would use some of the Off-Cuts that would be left over. If the Fitters are as good as our Design Consultant Steve we look forward to our Installation. Thank-You Steve and Wickes for the Advice.

We brought a kitchen from Wickes, Hassan at the Derby Store did a fantastic design and we had Sean from Parker Kitchen and Joinery Specialists Ltd install. The kitchen is amazing, the design really works and the end result is thanks to the skills and attention to detail that Sean has especially with finishing touches and making sure everything fitted beautifully. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we felt in good hands throughout and it really shows in the end result.

Staff helpful. But stock shocking broken and smashed. This is on regular basis. The management clearly never seem to notice this. It's been going on for years they expect you to buy this stuff at full prices. I came out again empty handed as they yet again had no un damaged stock.

We’re really pleased with our new kitchen from Wickes Derby! We designed it with the help of Hassan Setayesh, who was brilliant from start to finish. He listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a design that was both practical and modern. We chose to fit the kitchen ourselves, and the plans and layout made the process straightforward. A couple of items arrived damaged, but Wickes replaced them without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s completely transformed our space and we’d definitely recommend Hassan and the team at Wickes Derby.

I guess we all get apprehensive about forking out a lot of money when contemplating a full kitchen refit. I don’t dish out compliments unless they are well deserved.
From design (Hassan) to installation and completion (Rob), they could not have been more professional and helpful as well as been very personable.
From my own experience I can genuinely recommend them.

Delivered faulty items which I reported immediately on Friday 16th May. I was told they would be collected Monday and full refund issued. I waited in for collection, no collection. I called Customer Services and they rearranged for the next day and gave permission for me to leave items at the side of property as I was working and couldn't wait at home all day. No collection took place. So I called customer services again who rearranged for Wednesday and assured me they would be collected. I left a sign on the items with Wickes collection written on them. no collection took place! It is not Thursday 22nd May and I have just called Customer Service yet again who couldn't give me any answers as to why these items are still here and just offer another collection date! I asked for this to be escalated and put on hold, then cut off completely. All I want is my money back, however items need to be collected and checked in first. These should have been collected Monday!

The customer service is appalling, clearly communication issues leaving the customer left in the dark with faulty products and no refund

Parker kitchens & joinery specialist Ltd. Sean fitted my kitchen and he was absolutely brilliant in every way. He arrived on time was polite courteous in every aspect. Such a nice guy went above and beyond on all levels left everywhere clean and tidy the guys who came with him ( electrician, plumber,plasterer were top level too. Fitting was faultless. Couldn't fault them in any way. What a brilliant experience I had.

We came into store to order a kitchen for our new home, Dmitri was great and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Steve helped us, he was amazing and helped out greatly, he was great at explaining options and giving advice on what would be best for us, which helped massive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Linda went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, providing detailed information and assistance with a smile. Ellie was equally impressive, handling my requests efficiently and with great professionalism. Their teamwork and dedication made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Visited the Derby store last Wednesday, I didn't know exactly how many packs of flooring I would need for my living room, so I approached a member of staff for help. A lovely lady named Bev, who seemed extremely busy, was more than happy to take the time out to help me. I gave her the measurements of my room and she guided me through the various flooring designs and suggested the right amount of packs. I would like to show my appreciation, as my floor looks lovely and I had the exact amount I needed. Thank you Bev for your time and help, it's not always easy to ask staff for help but this lady was a pleasure to talk to.

Popped into Derby Wickes today to get some paint mixed and was served by a lovely young man called Marlon . He was really helpful , knowledgeable, friendly and polite and made a run of the mill visit a really pleasurable one - having been going to DIY stores for a long time and often being given really begrudging help from staff , this made a refreshing change . Thank you Marlon - the paint is great by the way !

Walked in with an old plumbing part that needed replacing. Staff member John was very knowledgeable and quick to advise the modern day replacement. He was very courteous. Absolutely perfect experience. Thank you John.
