I found I had a missing cap from my radiator. I told the staff and they helped me straight away. In fact one member iof staff was so helpful. Nothing was too much for him. His name was Dan. A really nice member of staff.

We had a problem with a on line order - Kay in store at Doncaster went above and beyond to sort this out for my customer - as a trade customer this is the kind of service that gets us coming to Wickes as first choice and recommending to our clients

Not interested in a full bathroom refit and new walk in shower in family bathroom. Unable to do the shower as it was not a complete refit. Very poor service

Needed a new internal door with all sundry items. Steve helped me going through internet choices available online for the door of my choice, and kindly took me to area, to get rest of items needed for it. Not having a clue on this Steve was fantastic in showing me and letting me decide my options. We went back to check through, and Steve ordering everything for me, and going thru same. Very satisfied with service, as well as Steve sorting out delivery date for me. My experience such that with Steve's fantastic help saved me time from start to finish. Lovely chap, and helped me tremendously.

We had a great experience with Tyler Whapplington at the Doncaster branch of Wickes. He came out to measure and design our new kitchen and was excellent from start to finish. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain different options and make sure the design suited our needs perfectly. Nothing felt rushed, and his advice was genuinely valuable. A really positive experience overall – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

From the outset, Tyler took the time to thoroughly understand our requirements and supported us in designing our bathroom with great care and attention to detail. He was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in all our interactions.

In addition, Tyler went above and beyond in ensuring our refund request was processed. He provided regular updates, responded promptly and professionally to all my queries, and never offered excuses despite the delays involved. Instead, he took ownership of the situation and ensured our request was followed through to completion.

Called at Doncaster store to get 12 bags of post Crete due to a back injury I was struggling on entering the store I was met by Anna she ask if she could help and went and got the post Crete and took it to check out for me and loaded it in the van for me nothing was to much trouble for her

I was entering the shop with a hand full I list that was very random and my family lil girls are enough to handle...lol but Dan.p and Rob.p both made my experience alot less stressful as they spoke me through everything and I ended changing products due to my lack of knowledge they worded me through and I got what I needed eventually if not for them I would of needed up returning items changing items etc which would of made my experience much harder thank you to you both 😊

Visted store ( Doncaster) today for an item id seen online, Rob P was extremely helpful and assisted me in locating said item which was like a needle in a haystack!

Found it better than the other large DIY store as the item I needed had a larger choice. The retail assistant was very friendly and helpful and even managed to get me a discount. I would finally recommend this store

Rob P helped me in store find all the bits I needed for my projects. He offered helpful hints, tips and advice. He was polite, friendly and professional.

Ordered an internal door and 4 fence panels for today's delivery 7am-7pm. Text message evening before for delivery 7am-11am which would have been perfect if my day off. Contacted the store to see if could be delivered after 10am, note put on booking and they turned up at 8am this morning 🙄. Rang the store again to see if they were going to deliver later but no, the order had gone back to store. Said they could deliver Saturday which is my day off but couldn't guarantee a delivery before noon as I had other arrangements made for Saturday afternoon. I feel like it's my fault for working!, not having a housesitter!, and God forbid I actually have a life outside of work! Wake up delivery people WE DO NOT have time to have a 12hr delivery schedule and then to wait till the evening before to see if the 4hr slot is convenient!! First and last time for this useless delivery option.

The service from Kay and Di today at the Doncaster branch was great. Kay ensured we used our trade account and got the relevant discounts

Had no idea what I was doing but a lady named Claire was so helpful! Will definitely be using this branch again :) x

I am a 75 year old lady and wanted to buy some laminate, first time on my own. I asked an assistant (Pete) and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he showed me various examples and I chose one and then a lady called Kay served me and she was so kind and didn’t mind that I decided on a different one altogether. They were both lovely and gave me confidence to go there again
