Lisa A was super friendly at the till, great selection in store and easy to find what we wanted

I needed help with obtaining my discount as the trade pro app was down. With the help of Deejay & Justin who were extremely helpful & professional it was sorted out in store quickly and I left the store a happy customer .

Went to Wickes for the first time and Stacey was there to help me and my partner. She was amazing and helped with every single thing. Even the things she didn’t knew, she searched about them asked around with colleagues but made sure we had the seamless experience. This kind of customer service definitely deserves a great review. We forgot one of the things after billing and returned about a week after, Stacey had put a lil note on it and without any hassle, we got the stuff. Would definitely go there again especially the days she’s working.

Visited Wickes Dunfermline and found the staff, especially David, to be very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. David happily helped me get my heavy purchases into the car.

We had a lovely experience in Wickes Dunfermline today, we were served at the counter by Lisa A on 2 occasions and she was super friendly and chatty made it a very pleasant experience to visit the shop.

Great service last night. Was in buying some wood,was struggling to carry this but David came to the rescue. Thanks very much David and Stevie keep up the good work. 👍

David helped me to choose bricks to build a fire pit. he was super helpful on how to get the bricks delivered and when it proved impossible for us to get delivery in time for my job needing done he agreed to help me load them into my vehicle the following day. what a dude. great service all round.

Brilliant service received from Marius. He ensured that the purchase of our new kitchen was seamless. His advice and guidance in the design was superb.

Nikki made my paint and it was great good customer service very helpful

Unfortunately received a unpleasant, unwelcoming service from the Store manager. Have been a Wickes customer for some time and only popped over to our local branch to discuss our recent kitchen unit purchase. only had a few questions that wanted to discuss in relation with our units. upon booking the slot to discuss it with the dedicated team, she decided to have a look at my queries. quite simply her attitude and responses to my questions were very arrogant, not in a simple and calm manner. Not looking for a solutions or support, just stating that we sign off our plan and that's that. just had a simple queries that Marius (dedicated kitchen planning team) answered within 5min, with a outstanding customer experience. I have a retail management background and you would expect to receive the most outstanding experience from the management team. Planners have been fantastic, but unfortunately the management team need to up their customer service skills, otherwise potential customers can choose their competitors.

DJ was so helpful and knowledgeable and even helped take the heavy good to my car.

Dropped by your Dumferline store, admittedly just before the store closed. Despite the lateness, Nikki was super helpful with a some products and getting me out the door with what I needed.

Went in to have a look at paint. Good range and very good price on Dulux.

Nikki was very helpful and gave us some clearly knowledgeable recommendations.

Nice new Wickes will be my go-to DIY store from now on.

Called to ask about a certain metallic paint. Lisa M spoke and advised they had it in stock. I popped along to store to find a very friendly face , said I called about paint, on which Lisa M advised me she has put it behind counter . This was my first time at the store, and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Lisa A was so helpful. She could see that I was unsure when looking at paint and made sure that I was okay and didn't need any help. We even shared a joke when I called my dad for advice. At the till, both Lisa and Stacey were brilliant. They were very chatty and made me feel comfortable, and Stacey even helped me to my car with all the paint. As someone who has recently moved flat, I have felt quite stressed with decorating, and the ladies at Wickes made my shopping seem like a breeze. I've even told my family that this is the shop to go to!!

Traveled to Dunfermline after Edinburgh store didn’t stock product I was looking for. The item said in stock, but on arrival shelf was empty. Spoke to James N and he went to storeroom and brought me what I needed. He was very helpful and pleasant. Was very impressed with store, well stocked and clean
