I feel I have to write to say a HUGE Thank You to two Awesome members of your team at the East Grinstead Store after our two visits in one day lol
Please can you say thank you to Jake and Joe for their cheerful and helpful service who helped myself and my elderly parents with heavy items and also assisted with them to the cars with no complaints. It’s so refreshing to see great customer service. Thank you Jake and Joe keep up the amazing work !!

I have to say that when you get great service from a National business like Wickes it needs telling! Louie at the Wickes store in East Grinstead was exceptionally helpful when we required a large amount (probably 10x what they ordinarily stock) and made sure that he kept me updated as we progressed the order. He ordered the stock on the Wickes system and made sure the moment the stock landed he let me know. Louie, you're a STAR thank you. You made the difference, keep it up!

Carl at the Felbridge branch of Wicked went above and beyond with his exemplary customer service skills today. He couldn’t have been more helpful for us novice painter and decorators! Thank you Carl once again for all your help. We hope this review is shared with you. 😊

I needed advice on converting my bathroom to a walk-in shower or wet room. I booked online at Wickes and received an appointment the following day. Ryan Moore visited and gave me ideas I had not thought of before. Ryan was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I am due to attend an appointment at the store to see the layout on their CAD system when I will be given prices. So far I am impressed with the process.

Ian at East Grinstead Wickes went above and beyond to help me source an item I desperately needed.
He was kind and helpful and had a great smile with it too.

I had a lovely encounter on Thursday where a young lady called Ella assisted me in finding the paint I needed for my garage. She was superb would recommend this wickes to everyone local !! Perfect service !!

Can’t say enough about Sam who went over and above when I came in at the weekend with my little boy. I’m not a DIY expert and she took my list and spent a good while helping me get everything I needed. Now that’s customer service. Thanks Sam. We really appreciate it.

Really helpful young man named Nick saw me struggling to load bags of sand onto my trolly as I have weak wrists, came over with a big smile, took over loaded my trolly and then even pushed my trolly to my car and loaded my boot after I purchased the sand. Lovely lovely man. Really fantastic service.

Ian should be an ambassador for Wickes: he is by far the most helpful person l have ever encountered in a retail capacity. Five stars is insufficient for his dedication to the role and ensuring complete customer satisfaction and service.
