Wickes - East Grinstead レビュー

We had a great experience with Ryan Moore at the East Grinstead branch. He took all of the difficulty out of designing our kitchen and gave great advice. We had some minor issues post-delivery and Ryan was fantastic at sorting them out really quickly. He definitely made us feel like he was doing his best to give a great kitchen and experience and we're very happy with the result.

Sam G was fantastic today, she helped me and guided me buying 3 different items. She was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with me.
Really appreciated her help.
East Grinstead location.

I want to thank Sam J in East Grinstead branch. She pointed us to the aisle for the first item we needed, and a few minutes later we had to ask for her help again for something else. She took us to the thing we needed, and explained the different options available. Exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I ordered by the click & collect online and I received a text informing me “order received, followed by another text, “ready for collection , however when I arrived the order was incorrect.
A precious waste of valuable time and a negative customer journey.

As a DIYer, wickes in east grinstead has always been my go to place for anything I need. With a great selection of products and great customer service. A huge thank you to Ian, who has always been so helpful and friendly each time I visit - always with a smile and caring attitude. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I feel I have to write to say a HUGE Thank You to two Awesome members of your team at the East Grinstead Store after our two visits in one day lol
Please can you say thank you to Jake and Joe for their cheerful and helpful service who helped myself and my elderly parents with heavy items and also assisted with them to the cars with no complaints. It’s so refreshing to see great customer service. Thank you Jake and Joe keep up the amazing work !!

Didn’t know what I needed- Carl was amazing and sorted everything out for me

Above and beyond....
I have to say that when you get great service from a National business like Wickes it needs telling! Louie at the Wickes store in East Grinstead was exceptionally helpful when we required a large amount (probably 10x what they ordinarily stock) and made sure that he kept me updated as we progressed the order. He ordered the stock on the Wickes system and made sure the moment the stock landed he let me know. Louie, you're a STAR thank you. You made the difference, keep it up!

Carl at the Felbridge branch of Wicked went above and beyond with his exemplary customer service skills today. He couldn’t have been more helpful for us novice painter and decorators! Thank you Carl once again for all your help. We hope this review is shared with you. 😊

I needed advice on converting my bathroom to a walk-in shower or wet room. I booked online at Wickes and received an appointment the following day. Ryan Moore visited and gave me ideas I had not thought of before. Ryan was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I am due to attend an appointment at the store to see the layout on their CAD system when I will be given prices. So far I am impressed with the process.

Ian at East Grinstead Wickes went above and beyond to help me source an item I desperately needed.
He was kind and helpful and had a great smile with it too.

Ian, one of the employees in the till assisted us with kindness and professionalism.

Can’t say enough about Sam who went over and above when I came in at the weekend with my little boy. I’m not a DIY expert and she took my list and spent a good while helping me get everything I needed. Now that’s customer service. Thanks Sam. We really appreciate it.
