Wickes - Epsom レビュー

Paisley was very helpful while completing my purchase. She suggested a few other items that I might have needed for the task I was doing

Paisley is super friendly and great service!

We recently bought all the items to refurbish our bathroom, shower, toilet, etc.
We saw Belal who was very helpful and advised us on the most suitable products.
We were very impressed by the service and efficiency
and would recommend Belal most highly.

I use the Epsom Wickes on a regular basis for a lot of my jobs.
Parking is convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Paisley, who you will find usually at the checkout.

Always great to shop in Wickes Epsom.
Kind and welcoming team.
- thank you Paisley

Paisley is always very great and helpful. My favourite assistant in this store

Paisley makes my experience fantastic at wickes every morning.
Very helpful, friendly and a big smile.
TJ PLASTERING LTD

Stopped by for a bag of sand. Breezed through checkout thanks to Paisley. Service with a smile.

Other thoughts... Some of the timber can be twisted. Need to be careful when making selections.

Excellent customer service from Paisley. Always there to help

We can find everything every time on wickes epsom and nice services from the staff

We recently moved and found ourselves frequently visiting Wickes for various needs. Throughout our visits, we received outstanding help and excellent customer service from Paisley. She is always happy to assist, greets customers with a warm smile, and demonstrates great professionalism and knowledge of the store. Her expertise made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
In contrast to the poor customer service we experienced at B&Q, Wickes and especially Paisley became our go to place. We truly appreciate her support.

Really helpful staff and friendly service
Paisley always serves with a smile

We are very pleased with the service provided by Belal Nada-Ali in Epsom.
Belal is extremely knowledgeable, insightful and helpful in advising and he designed a kitchen perfect for our space!! He provided also advice on many aspects that we hadn’t thought about. The final design is truly elegant and minimalist, as we wanted it! Everything from initial contact through to delivery and follow up was absolutely painless and extremely straightforward!! We are very happy with everything we got at Wickes and we cannot thank Belal enough!!

Katie was so helpful to my friend and I and gave great advice on how to treat condensation in our bathroom and mixing up a bespoke paint colour. Thankyou Katie for your knowledge and helpfulness

Had a first consultation for a fitted kitchen. Nadir was very helpful with lots of great ideas and, most importantly, solutions for problems I had. His professional and sincere approach filled me with confidence. I’ll certainly consider using Wickes for the project.

We bought a bathroom from Wickes, a tiny project which ended up costing 30%+ more than originally quoted at design and over ran by months (a job that was supposed to take two weeks).

Please scrutinise the exact timelines and pricing quoted by Wickes before proceeding. Wickes recommended an installer, but the arrangement between the two were constantly used to delay and avoid responsibility.

Along the way we also received faulty products, deceitful customer service and a sub par bathroom with scratches, scuff marks and inadequate tiling/ painting throughout.

After months of back and forth Wickes did agree to give us a small amount of compensation, but not nearly enough to compensate for the stress, delays and poor product/ service.

Our advice to friends and family is to use anyone but Wickes.

Operations Manager Chris Is a credit to your business he helped me find everything I needed

Operations Manager Chris has been informative, efficient and friendly every time I have had to go to Wickes to discuss a possible community project. He has kept in touch well over a year while we were preparing our ongoing room. Today we ordered the supplies for the next step and it was great to have the same person throughout the process. Thank you Chris

I visited this hardware store Wickes last week to purchase some paint for the kitchen as we are changing the colour. It used to be cream and we have decided that blue would be a nice change. Anyway, I was looking at all the paints when I was approached by a member of staff; I think her name was Maya. I must have looked dazed and confused as she offered help with assisting me in choosing an appropriate paint. I was thrilled with her knowledge of the paint and the way in which she treated me. She then took me to the till and checked me out. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
