Terri was friendly, knew her stuff and answered all my questions knowledgeably. She had an empathy with me on what I wanted.

Ordered 2 items and Wickes could only supply 1. When I ordered the 2 items the monies where taken off my account instantly, after being told that 1 item could not be supplied and would get a refund, i have to wait at least 3 weeks for the monies to go back into my account, this is not right you can take the monies in seconds but have to wait 3 weeks to get back!!. I have to source the materials elsewhere and pay for it so i'am out the monies twice

We had a appointment with Daryn in London rd Glasgow to help design and choose a kitchen
After being at other suppliers and coming away even more confused than before we went it we weren’t sure what to expect
He was great he took the time to find out what I needed and didn’t need in my kitchen he explained the difference between the range of kitchen and worktops and have loads of advice on what could work together
Nothing was too much trouble he was very patient till we got the right kitchen
We loved the kitchen he help us design and pick that we have placed a order
Highly recommend anyone looking for a kitchen should go and see him

The planning, ordering and paying part of buying a kitchen from Wickes was super slick and easy assisted by a polite, calm and understanding man called Kenny. Not only did he guide us through the myriad of choices of cupboard shapes and sizes, doors, appliances, sinks and taps etc he also suggested ways in which to finance our project and gave us peace of mind we were in safe hands. We then me Terry the fitter (I’m going to call him Project Manager) as he is the one in our house when the kitchen rip out starts and organises all the trades in which he was magnificent. I hope that the rest of the project goes as smoothly and from what I have witnessed this far I will have NO concerns.

My experience with Wickes Kitchen, and particularly with the outstanding team, has been exceptional. From the initial design stages through to the final installation, the professionalism and friendly approach of everyone involved have truly impressed us. We are incredibly pleased with the finished kitchen; it looks absolutely amazing.

Terrible company. Ordered a bathroom fitting months ago. Still waiting. It's been put off twice. And the tradesman quoted another price. I'm not paying the other price.

Great design great price for a kitchen

From start to finish, everything went smoothly with our new kitchen. The design process was made easy thanks to the designer (Kenny), who was not only very helpful but also informative, offering great suggestions and really listening to what we wanted.
The fitting team were prompt, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain each step as they went along, which really helped us feel confident in the process.
We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for a well-designed, expertly fitted kitchen.

Wickes botched the delivery of splaah backs for my kitchen (which they were beimg paid to supply and fit). Naiively I agreed to pay the contractors before the splash backs were delivered and installed- having been advised to do so by Wickes. The contractors then returned to fit the splash backs when they arrived 2 weeks later. Because I had already paid them, they did a terrible job. They did not glue one of the panels in place and haven't sealed any of it. Wickes have refused to engage in my complaint and their website offers no option to have this fixed

I made an appointment for someone to come and measure my kitchen at 4pm because I would be home from work by then. The person arrived at 3.30pm and rather than wait for me, they ended up in my house alone with my child. Yes he is 15 and looks older but was clearly in a school uniform, having only just arrived home himself. This should not have happened. They should have waited outside until the adult homeowner who made the appointment was there. Safeguarding should be a number one priority. They were gone by the time I arrived home (leaving behind their measuring tape in my kitchen).

Just had my Wickes Bathroom installed. Despite unexpected hiccups, which were totally on my end, Kenny from the Wickes Showroom, London Road, Glasgow team was amazing throughout. Always available at the end of a text or phone and extremely helpful and patient. The installers ML Plumbing & Heating, a family team, including Paul the tiler were friendly, efficient, informative and have made my bathroom look spectacular. Cant thank them all enough.

From initial contact, thru to delivery and installation, Wickes did not disappoint.
We were lucky to get Kenny as our designer and principal point of contact. Kenny was very creative in his design, maximising space while ensuring the budget was met. A very good experience overall, and where there was a slight issue with one of the units, Kenny ensured a good resolution. He is a credit to the Wickes brand.

We had a Wickes Bespoke Kitchen fitted in August 2025. Martin at the Wickes Glasgow store provided impeccable service throughout, guiding us expertly through the design process, helping us make the most of our space and always being approachable. The installers contracted by Wickes (Menzies Kitchens) brought the design to life and the quality of the finish is excellent. Would highly recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to go to Wickes.

I place 3 orders this week from 3 companies including Wickes. One company didn't keep their website upto date on stock; it was out of order when I ordered it. They took my money and 4 days later told me they never had it. It was refunded and I had to shop elsewhere. 2nd order, the ridiculous company left off my house number on the mailing label and Parcel Force returned. They expected me to wait until they had the package back to refund me and wouldn't send it straight back out on return. I had to shop elsewhere again. Wickes ended up going out of stock of two items. I was willing to wait for delivery so they just postponed delivery saving me from shopping elsewhere. They gave the option of refund too. I really appreciated this. I wish all companies could be more flexible like Wickes. Thank you for not wasting my time, being flexible and not annoying me. I always shop from Wickes. The store side is always perfect.

My mum and I met with Terri in the London Road Glasgow store. From the start to end of the appointment Terri was incredibly professional and understanding of our needs. She listened and gave wonderful and practical suggestions to help us to decide on the final design of the kitchen. Her kindness and understanding made the whole experience stress free. I knew from experience that Wickes are a good company to deal with when buying a kitchen. A soon as I met with their surveyor Kenny he made it clear to ask any question and ensure you achieve your dream kitchen. We have now ordered our new kitchen and happy to be working with Kenny and Wickes

Thank you to Scott C. who assisted me when I visited Wickes in Glasgow (8352) to have some paint mixed to my colour specification. He was so helpful and helped me select the correct paint for my job and then matched the colour to what I wanted. Great experience and first class customer care. Thank you! ☺️
