We recently worked with Duncan at Wicks on the design of our new kitchen, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Duncan had some fantastic ideas that helped bring our vision to life and made the most of the space.

Partway through the process, we decided to completely change the design, and Duncan was just as patient, helpful, and enthusiastic as he was from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, and he worked closely with us to ensure every detail was exactly how we wanted it.

Thanks to his expertise, creativity, and dedication, we now have our dream kitchen ordered with everything we wanted included. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Duncan to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Duncan from the Grantham store went above and beyond to help me with the design for a new bathroom his knowledge and expertise from furnishings , flooring and Wall coverings was impeccable.
Duncan is very professional and listen to want the customer requires, giving his full attention to the design and making suggestions to help utilise the space within the bathroom .
Duncan is a credit to the company.

Great experience last week. Wanted bits and pieces to make an animal enclosure. A lovely chap Steve K (Grantham Store) was really helpful, full of knowledge and provided some great ideas. Thank you Steve.

Went into Grantham today to try to locate one large bathroom tile that had to be removed due to a leak. All I went in with was a small chunk of tile and instructions from the previous owner they thought they had come from Wickes. Just want to say a huge thank you to the lovely lady (sorry I forgot your name I was so stressed) who was patient and spent time and effort looking for a match to the chunk! With your help I brought a box hoping they were the ones. Great News!! I got home and they are the ones. Just wanted to thank you so much for being so helpful, good natured and genuinely caring that I had found the right tiles. I'm so relieved THANK YOU for saving me having to retile the whole bathroom. I hope you get to read this and know your help and support made all the difference today.

Great service from start to finish. Alannah was great helping us design both the bathroom and un suite.

Ron the fitter was great finishing both bathrooms ahead of schedule.

I had a delivery from your Grantham store last week very easy to do order arrived the delivery guy was amazing not only unloaded but moved stones to where I was going to be using them definitely a credit to your company. Once he had gone I realised I had massively under ordered not a problem so I tried to reorder the same amount unfortunately it said out of stock slightly worrying so I phoned and got threw to the lincoln store lincoln is close to me so I guessed it came from there the man I spoke to was absolutely no help at all said they are out of stock I asked when they would be back in stock he said never could not wait to get me off the phone getting very worried now I rang the next number which happened to be your Grantham store I spoke to a lady and well what a difference she was amazing yes they were out of stock but they would definitely be back in stock as they were there best sellers she then when on to find my order informed me when they would be back in stock so I could reorder really really helpful maybe lincoln branch needs a little more training in customer service but in future ever though its further away we shall always use the Grantham store

The salesman Duncan was very helpful and patient. He was also very knowledgeable.

Duncan came to ours to help us design a new kitchen he was very professional and polite not in the slightest bit pushy. We were not sure what to expect but he talked us through it step by step a very patient person helping us to choose what we wanted. We would highly recommend him and wicks to help you out with all your need's. 👍 fantastic service

From making our appointment with kitchen designer Robyn, who was most helpful and made adjustments to the plan to suit our needs. After several trips to the store she always made time to help and discuss our project.

I shop at Wickes Grantham for most of my DIY projects and always leave having had a very positive experience with the customer service team. The staff are helpful and approachable, and if one person cannot answer a question, they will find another colleague who can. There have been two standout occasions for me when one member of staff in particular, Steve, went above and beyond.

On the first occasion, Steve stopped to ask if I needed help and assisted me in choosing the right saw to cut a tree stump. He took the time to listen while I explained the job I was doing, which involved building a shed and removing a tree stump in the shed area. Steve was patient, knowledgeable, and clear in his advice. He showed me the different saws available and explained how to use the two I bought. His guidance was excellent. I went home, followed his instructions, and managed to hand-saw through a very thick tree stump in about 10 minutes. I could hardly believe it.

On the second occasion, Steve was again busy working, but still stopped to ask whether I had everything I needed. Once again, he listened to what I was trying to do and, even though he was honest that plumbing was not his specialist area, he still reassured me and helped me work out which products would be most useful for the job. He showed me where to find the correct tools and made the whole thing much easier. I went home feeling much more positive and was able to complete the job successfully. I think that really matters. I was listened to, assisted, given useful tips, and then able to approach the job with confidence.

Good customer service makes a real difference, and Steve is a credit to Wickes. I was very happy with the help I received, and it reflects well on the store as a whole. Wickes Grantham definitely has a friendly and helpful team.

Quite literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. A 10 day bathroom installation took over 3 months to finish, and started 4months late. Having finally had the installation completed 6 months ago, now I have a leak that I need to use their warranty service for. A service that seems designed to push you from one team to another until you give up. I cannot get a straight answer on what they plan to do and in what time line. If I could give this company a negative star review I would.

I have been there 3 times today, first for materials, second to get a new tool and third because I got the wrong hinges. Kelly served me each time bless her and she was very patient about me being awkward with returning the hinges to get new different. I felt really bad for her but she was very happy to help.

We purchased a kitchen from Wickes, and the entire process was made absolutely seamless thanks to Duncan. From the very beginning, he took the time to come out and measure the kitchen himself, making sure everything was accurate and tailored to our space.

He walked us through a full range of choices, clearly explaining each option and making us aware of all the offers available — something we really appreciated. Every change we made along the way, and we made plenty was handled with patience and flexibility. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Duncan has been helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole journey. His professionalism and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. We’re delighted with the service we received and would highly recommend him to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Absolutely over the moon with our stunning new kitchen. So impressed with Robyn Andres, the designer from start to finish. Her ideas were excellent and did everything she could to accommodate our ideas. We loved how she stayed in touch and came to visit when the kitchen was completed. A really personal experience. Now considering a new bathroom, so will definitely head back to Wickes to find Robyn. 🥰

Please read this before buying a kitchen From Wickes!!

We brought a kitchen from Wickes which turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish!
The fitting of the kitchen was an utter joke with the fitter damaging the work tops 2 times during fitting. He then went on to fit the units around our consumer by removing the door and leaving it so you couldn’t access it correctly which is illegal! To cure this a new smaller consumer unit had to be purchased at our cost! Wickes refused to acknowledge it was their mistake. The splashback was fitted incorrectly because the fitter never skimmed the wall which resulted in an uneven surface. The plumbing was also incorrect which resulted in our washing being filled which dirty water from the sink. He also damaged many units during fitting. Now for the customer service or lack of! The customer service team at are a complete disgrace as they constantly got items wrong for reorder, arranged deliveries when we wasn’t at home and never listened to our issues! The kitchen is now finished over 1 year later!

Never again will I use Wickes
The people they employ as fitters are disgraceful and the customer service team are completely useless

After speaking to Duncan on the phone,it was nice to meet with him and discuss what we wanted for our new kitchen. Duncan took time to show us all the different ranges and colour options with matching worktops. We designed together a plan that suited our needs and Duncan produced plans and images on the screen. We decided to go away and discuss further as it's a big purchase, so wanted to get it right. We also visited other companies but decided Duncan had given us the best advice and price. We have now secured and paid for our new kitchen and will soon be expecting a delivery date soon. Thankyou to Duncan for your time and patience and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a kitchen, to see Duncan. Thank you again
