Wickes - Hedge End レビュー 

Had a great design meeting with Katie. She had phone the day before to ensure what we wanted and then made extra time as we had two bathrooms to design. She was quick to bring our ideas to life and add her advice on what would work best. The showroom in Hedgend is bigger than most Wickes so was good to see the products we were buying. Look forward to seeing the finished bathrooms.

Bathroom Project. Our design consultant,Lee, has been outstanding from the beginning to the end of the project to completely renovate our bathroom; his helpful advice and recommendations, conveyed in a totally professional and friendly way, were greatly appreciated. Katie from the bathroom design team, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Good variety of product options and prices comparable.

On Friday I went in store to order 2 closeboard fence panel and 2 wooden gravel boards to be delivered the next day (Saturday). At 7.45am the boards arrived and the panels were feather boards completely wrong, but the delivery driver said that the featherboard were now called closeboards and visa versa as they had changed the names this year, he said I had to go back instore to order the correct ones, so I told them to return them which they did. Immediately I went back in store I saw the manager Sam and she ordered the correct ones (Which were still called closeboard) and said she would do the refund a bit later. At 3pm that day I still hadn't received my refund or confirmation of my new order, so I phoned the store and was told Sam had gone home. I spoke to another manager about my refund, and he said it couldn't be done that day, that didn't help me at all, so I insisted it had to be done that day, so he told me to be in store within 20 minutes as customer service needed to speak to me. I immediately went to the store, and a saw the manager I had spoken to on the phone. he phoned customer service, and I waited 10 minutes for them to answer the phone. In the meantime while I was waiting, I saw the young man in store who I helped me yesterday when told him I wanted closeboard panels, I told the manager I wanted to speak to the young man, but the manager told me he had gone to lunch and he had got confused about the boards, with that I said that better training was needed. The young man appeared 10 minutes later (quick lunch, I think not) The manager finally got through to customer service about my refund and it turned out customer service didn't need to speak to me at all (waste of my time). After the manager spoke to customer service, he himself went to the till and processed my refunded, by then I was so angry I cancelled my new order of close boarding panels due to be delivered on Monday as I would never deal with that company again. Also I didn't know that if you go in store and order something and want it delivered it's classed as an online order, and you would go through the same process as I did. This could all been avoided if Manager Sam had done her job properly, by refunding my money for first wrong delivery while I was there on Saturday morning..
NIGHTMARE, I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR TO THIS PLACE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT WOULDN'T LET ME WRITE THIS REVIEW.

From the moment I met Nicky when she came to measure my kitchen to the final appointment she amazed me with her knowledge, professionalism and understanding.
Nicky designed a fantastic kitchen, talked me through all the possibilities and took the time to show me all the products.
Nicky was very knowledgeable regarding the products and knew which ones to recommend to my needs and budget. She was incredibly thorough and answered all my questions confidently.
If you are looking for a quality kitchen with an exceptional designer I highly recommend Nicky at Hedge End Wickes.

Booked the appointment 1.5days before, to be phoned 1 hour before the appointment by the lady in store to inform me their booking system is pants and books you in but doesn't mean you actually have an appointment.

Lee was amazing at designing our somewhat challenging kitchen but he listened to what we ideally wanted & created a fantastic kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with the end result & can’t recommend him enough! He was very helpful throughout the process & we are so grateful for everything he has done. Thank you so much Lee!!

Great advice design and showroom.
The design consultant Lee understood our requirements and developed an amazing design solution within our budget. We were able to see all aspects of the kitchen fittings and appliances in the showroom.

Lee was very helpful, attending site and designing the bathroom. The installation is underway, and we are looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Lee explained all the different features on all appliances and advised the best configuration of units

He took us round the various show kitchens to let us chose the inside carcass colours and different features

We are really happy with our Wickes bathroom. The design consultant Holly worked with us to come up with ideas and solutions to meet the brief and gave us product advice. Our fitting started on time and went to plan and the fitter Jacek was tidy, respectful, conscientious, professional and we are thrilled with his work.
There were a couple of small hitches with supply of products but these were resolved quickly with good communication throughout. Will use Wickes Hedge End for our next home project

Katie was able to bring my bathroom ideas to life. When there is so much choice, it can be difficult to narrow down what you’d like. But just from hearing my random thoughts and suggestion, Katie designed my perfect bathroom.

The Bathroom Designer Katie Dacombe made everything so easy for me she was excellent in guiding me through the whole process very patient and I didnt feel rushed or pushed into buying .I felt very happy with the way she handled everything. Thank you Katie

Felt the consultant really listened while he was with us measuring our kitchen, making suggestions as he did so. We’ve been to other companies who sent out one person to measure and a different person designed. And totally missed our brief

Just had a home visit to measure up and discuss new en-suite installation. Katie was really helpful and the Wickes range has everything we need.

Joe was professional & took into account our specific requirements with nothing being too much trouble; he offered timely & helpful suggestions throughout. Simon our fitter & his colleagues were polite, always on time with a proactive & 'can do' attitude throughout. e are absolutely delighted with our finished 'new' kitchen!

I went to Wickes, Hedge End, Southampton on the recommendation of the builder who was to fit my kitchen, having not been impressed by the people at Magnet. Wickes had exactly what I was looking for and Lee was very welcoming, helpful and designed me a beautiful kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and he guided me through all my choices with his up to date knowledge and great ideas. I cannot recommend Lee and Wickes enough

We have just had a kitchen installed. All very straightforward. We were listened to from the beginning and felt under no pressure to add extras. Lee, the designer, had excellent knowledge of the products and was amenable to making changes. Contact was at our pace. He guided us through the offers and choices. Finance, including a 0% loan was easy. Once decisions were made we were informed about progress and were able to negotiate a delivery date.
The fitters were clearly proud of their work and did an excellent job. Joins can't be seen. They worked hard to complete it in two weeks. There were good checks from Wickes to make sure we were satisfied.

I recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes. Everything was handled by Lee Miller and he was truly outstanding, from the initial conversation to personally checking that the installation had been done to a very high standard. There were a few complications and changes from my side that Lee handled with empathy and without any fuss. It's rare in my view to experience excellent customer service these days and I have to commend Lee for providing an amazing experience. Great job!
