Mandeep took our freehand sketch asked some basic questions and produced the kitchen we had in mind. Mandeep took us around the show room looking at ways to improve our basic design, we also selected wish list items and alternatives. These Mandeep worked into the plan which resulted in our perfect kitchen. OK it was not cheap but what we got was better than our expectations at design and cost stage. Mandeep took time to explain the finance package.
From Mandeep the contract administration was taken over by a team of specialist. With any project like this issues arise that require direction and Mandeep was always available to help and advise and resolve matters. Sorry Mandeep you sold us a quality kitchen which will last us years to come, of course if we move house again we know who to see. We look forward to you visiting and seeing the pasta station in action.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mandeep for my amazing kitchen design she is honestly 2nd to none. She was so helpful (even when I change my mind a few times😊) Mike the fitter was equally as helpful and patient everything went without a hitch . I can highly recommend Hereford Wicks ….give Gloucester a miss !!

This is the second kitchen Wickes has fitted for us. Our first was when we were living in a 500 year old cottage. We visited Wickes Hereford and met Mandeep. She was superb and overcame the problems at our cottage that didn't have space for wall cupboards. The outcome was superb. I am sure this was a huge selling point when 6 years later we decided to move. We then purchased a new build with open living but the kitchen just didn't work it overwhelmed the whole area. Once again we visited Mandeep. Her eye for detail immediately highlighted the problems. Our new kitchen is wonderful, it takes up less space than the previous one and yet gives us far more storage and a lovely space living area. Our fitter Richard, was wonderful and used his carpentry skills to make a wonderful, open, spacious look to our new home. I would highly recommend Wickes Hereford to anyone looking to update their kitchen, or indeed their bathroom. Mandeep at Wickes also design a beautiful wet room at our previous property. If your lucky enough to live in the West of England close to Hereford I would highly recommend Mandeep at Wickes in Hereford.

Very helpful when exchanging some plumbing items i purchased. I brought the wrong ones however i had a positive experience and the staff were very helpful

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store today, which left me feeling humiliated and disrespected.

On 13 Apr 25 12:20pm , I encountered a situation with one of your staff members , Adam. I was trying to correct a mistake made by another staff member, Tony and during this interaction, Adam misinterpreted my intentions as aggressive. It seems like he called me aggressive to make everybody think I am wrong but certainly is not. I want to clarify that my intention was simply to seek clarification and assistance, not to be confrontational. And how can I aggressive in front of two big men. And if you have CCTV he pointing finger at me . They actually make me feel scared  and I want to call a police ifyou have CCTV you can see the situation .I never have such bad experience in my life.

As a customer, I felt that Adam did not handle the situation appropriately. Instead of helping to smooth things over, he pointed at me and accused me of being aggressive. This was particularly distressing for me, and I feel humiliate he pointing finger at me in front of other customer. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their stature.

This is not the first time I have experienced a lack of willingness to assist from Adam. On several occasions, I have noticed an unwillingness to help, which has made my visits to your store uncomfortable. I believe that customer service should be a priority, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the experience for all customers.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see positive changes in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I look forward to your response.

From start to finish the team where amazing.. Eva was lovely and just got my ideas and design down to the t. Eva was helpful though out nothing was to much trouble. Michael fitted our kitchen within a week and was willing to go that extra mile. Thank you

Kitchen partially installed, outstanding top corniche, cabinet handles & knobs, job not installed, edge strip to cabinets not done, lounge floor full of boxes such as corner post, tower edge panel which don’t fit. Hob not installed. Wrong handles delivered. Installer wanted me to sign completion but I said no, Wickes designer, store manager & online complaints done nothing so far. I have requested refund via email complaint to ceo. Shame really as quality of kitchen is good but customer care is diabolical. Let’s see what happens next. 12 days later Wickes boxes in my lounge, installation still outstanding. Refund outstanding, customer services arranged appointment stated store to resolve…. Went at the time & date, store advised no one there of that name or anyone who could deal. Customer services dealing with complaints…. Terrible service & avoid

Recently ordered new kitchen and bathroom in the Hereford branch Eva the kitchen and bathroom design consultant was excellent very helpful knowledgeable and patient thanks Eva for a great experience now awaiting installation if it goes as smoothly I’ll be very happy

Mandeep Kaur was so professional in our discussion and planning of our new kitchen
She listened to our requests and questions and answered them fully
She gave excellent suggestions and directions towards our final decision
Her understanding of what we wanted was excellent and her ability to quickly design a plan and any adaptions was amazing
Her friendly and professional service helped us to decide to use Wickes over other providers

Excellent service from our Design Consultant, Mandeep Kaur. This is our second time at Wickes and with this Consultant who worked totally alongside us understanding our every need. Her professional and friendly approach is very much appreciated.

In February 2024 we decided to replace our old bathroom and Mandeep Kaur of Wickes in Hereford designed us a neat little room.
We ordered it and the parts were delivered in May. Unfortunately the shower tray was warped and several parts were missing. Mandeep and Stuart (the fitter) helped to sort that out.
Work on the bathroom started in October and was completed in November.
The bathroom looks beautiful but it took 10 months from ordering to finish.
We were very happy with the help we had from Mandeep and Stuart.

Mendeep is extremely professional from initial telephone thru to face to face appointment in Hereford store very patient and understanding as my mum new home needed a new kitchen and I provided measurements and mendeep set to and kindly showed my mum and myself the bespoke kitchens as with this kitchen it. Came with kitchen remover and installer which my mum needed we took our time and it was lovely not to have no feeling of being pressured into a sale
Mendeep explained everything clearly
Made us both a nice cup of tea because the coffee machine broken .
The design was done and couple weeks later mendeep tweeted the design thru my mum not wanting undercounter freezer.

Like mendeep as it’s so rare these days to have empathy and understanding when it comes to elderly people

From enquiring online, to visiting the store to discuss our requirements and to placing our order, the Hereford team, in particular Mandeep, have been excellent.
We have never bought a kitchen before and had no clue where to start. Mandeep guided us through it all, she was not pushy at all, just really helpful and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had a helpful kitchen designer who made the process easy. Everything arrived except one small item which was despatched soon after. Only issue is that, as part of the overall kitchen, we bought an extractor hood which needed a carbon filter but they did supply the carbon filter. Otherwise, our designer Eva made the whole process straight forwards.

I’ve been a regular customer at Wickes in Hereford for quite some time now, and I have to say their customer service is outstanding. Whether I’m picking up building materials, the staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. As someone who is frequently in and out of the store, it's important to know that I can rely on a team that is both approachable and well-informed about their products. (i have no experience of the kitchen/bathroom section)

Our design consultant was Mandeep Kaur and we were delighted with her ideas for our new kitchen. She was always available to discuss any of our needs. Our fitter was experienced and carried out the installation to a high standard of workmanship. We are thrilled with the outcome and very pleased with the service received from Wickes Hereford/

What a lovely experience we had this morning at wicks Hereford , a very helpful patient young lady called Eva Marie Mullen took us through the process of buying a new kitchen in a calm relaxed way even made us a coffee which I must say was a lovely touch .She must be a real asset to you .
