Wickes - Huddersfield レビュー

We visited the Huddersfield store today looking for plastic edging, initially we asked a member of staff who instantly replied no as we had used the words ‘acoustic panelling’. We showed the website states there are 15 in stock. She then pointed towards a specific direction and said you will find them there. After 3 trips in that direction and no luck finding them we went to a different member of staff called Kelsey. This young lady was exceptional and very professional, Kelsey showed us exactly where the product was and also assisted us with the choice of colour palette for the paints with some very helpful ideas. Thanks to Kelsey Wickes didn’t loose a £64 sale otherwise we were about to walk out.

Joe Ragona (Huddersfield store) was our design consultant.
I cannot praise this man highly enough. From beginning to end he has been an absolute star. Joe listened to what we wanted, gave good, solid advice and we have got an amazing kitchen design as a result!
The kitchen we have ordered will look so good once fitted and this is really down to Joe. We trusted him completely and he came up trumps!
Joe didn't have an easy job as I am blind. He really did take this into consideration every time we met.
Thanks Joe. You are great at your job.
Wickes, hold onto him with both hands, he really is a top bloke who is excellent at his job!

I visited Huddersfield branch. And was assisted by Nahila. She went above and beyond to assist me with an online order that I was struggling with

Fabulous help today from Paul and Nahila. Customer service skills top notch. They knew where everything was that I needed for my van build and got me straight through the till section too. Thank you for your help 🙂

Keep removing my Avios points, why do you keep taking away my Avios points? Will not be shopping with you again
It’s nothing to do with Avios it’s Wickes who are removing the points

The bathroom I have recently had installed is excellent and I was really pleased with the whole service from the initial design appointment through to installation. Everything was completed on time and to a high standard.

The quality of the kitchen cabinets is very good and we are more than pleased with how it looks. We had the Tiverton Bone style.A couple of days left at the time of this writing till it is finished. The process from design to ordering was easy.We made a couple of changes with no problems.Fiona our designer designed a beautiful kitchen that accommodated one part of our kitchen that we particularly needed and she made the most of the space and the finished look in the design. Most important is the fitting process and who installs your kitchen. You can have a nice kitchen but who puts it together is vital as the finished look is what your left with.We had Neville who went above and beyond to give us a 1st class installation. His knowledge and attention to detail was very professional
He made sure before doing certain jobs if we were happy to have it the way we wanted it to be. He has spent longer on the installation to make sure it will be just right. As he says " l will do it as l would want my kitchen to be done". That is the type of person you want fitting your kitchen Top marks to him.Over all we would recommend from our experience.

Excellent design service, nothing was too much trouble l. Hoping the installation goes the same way

We weren’t 100% sure how to layout a replacement kitchen, as we have a awkward room, in a listed building. We spoke with a few different suppliers, did various layouts online with multiple companies, in the end, we bobbed to Wickes in Huddersfield and Joe Rogana talked to us and came up a layout, then visited our house as we still weren’t convinced.

Wickes appointed ‘Steve’ a clearly seasoned expert who installed the kitchen in a couple of weeks, from ordering to install complete was 8 weeks.

We have what we feel is the perfect kitchen for our home and I love using it.

Thank you Joe and Steve!
