A quick click and collect order, I found exactly what I needed online. The collection was great, thanks to the very helpful and friendly Iyla.

Connor went out of his way to check if an item was in stock.

What can I say Leah Collins has been amazing from start to finish. So helpful and patient when we were struggling to decided on colours. We will be back for our bathroom soon

Numbkin that I am , I purchased last week Cuprinol decking paint from the Ipswich Branch . This morning when I went to start I realised I had brought the wrong colour . I went back today , took another colour and Tracy kindly tried hard with my receipt to swop over , she then realised after trying a few times that I had given her the wrong receipt , she kept the product there while I drove home again to pick up the correct one . Took it back , swopped it over and returned home … BUT that’s when I realised that the one I originally brought was actually the one I needed 🥴…. I felt so silly about my mistake and wasn’t sure if I could change again , or if I dared even to return again , so I called the branch and funnily enough Tracy answered…. We laughed at my double error and she made me feel so at ease about it coming back and swopping back again for my original choice. Bless her , she was so so nice about dealing with me yet again (3rd Visit). I lost through my own fault about 1 and a half hours but Can’t thank Tracy enough for her professionalism alongside her Kindness in sorting this numbkin out .
I buy a lot from Wickes and remember Tracy from serving me before , giving me tips etc on various purchase . You have a star worker there. Please pass on to management , and of course Tracy . Kind regards … Brig cornish …

Seamless process from start to finish. I was able to discuss with Leah Collins, my kitchen designer, exactly what I wanted, and anything I was not sure about, she was able to come up with perfect solutions. I changed my mind quite a few times about what I would like, and she easily accommodated this.
The process from designing and ordering was seamless.
Installation commenced 8 weeks after ordering. My kitchen installer, Adam, was extremely efficient and hardworking. Every detail was attended to. I am very pleased with the result.

Tracey at the Ipswich store was wonderful during our recent shop. She was very efficient and friendly and had patience whilst we got in a muddle with a gift card and various products. All our issues were solved and we had great customer service. Tracey is a great staff asset to Wickes and we will be back to the store.

A very unpleasant woman called Tracey served us today at the Ipswich branch of Wickes. We were buying some things but also were collecting an online order too. As she was putting our things through the till my husband mentioned we also had a collection, she didn't acknowledge that she had heard him so a little while later he said it again as he wasn't sure she had heard as she had ignored him. This time she snapped "I have to put this through first!". She also snapped again when she asked for an order number and he checked is she meant the PIN. There are signs to say the staff won't accept abuse etc from the public, how about the other way round!? What a thoroughly unpleasant woman, I shall avoid going to her till in future!

Went to Wickes Ipswich to purchase some 20mm shingle. Easily found and till process very straightforward. Was served by Tracey who was very pleasant and ensured I had everything I needed before leaving the store.

Catherine is always one step ahead and trouble shoots before there’s trouble. So it’s always a smooth service when she’s on.
In general this wickes has what you need ands a great vibe and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Jasmine was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I was very impressed by her professionalism which was above and beyond what you would normally expect to receive and very much appreciated.

We bought some plumbing items online for collection in store. Our plumber later realised that one of the items was different from what we'd ordered. Unfortunately, the item was no longer in perfect condition but it was not useful for the intended purpose so we returned it to the store. Sebastian explained the store policy regarding items not returned in a saleable condition but we are very grateful that he nonetheless agreed to offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. We are grateful for his understanding and good customer care skills, because of which we would definitely use this branch again. Thank you Sebastian!
