Myself and my wife were advised by kitchen designer Neill Stevens .After the first consultation at the Wickes store,Long Eaton, he visited our house the following day to survey our kitchen.
Neill has a very patient disposition and answered our questions and concerns about every aspect of the proposed design.Shortly after we were invited to the store where we we shown the proposed design. Again, Neill patiently explained every aspect of the kitchen design and made subtle changes to suit our needs.
We strongly recommend dealing with Neill as he has great design skills and nothing is to much trouble to satisfy the customer's requirements.

Avoid at all costs their kitchens especially if its labelled bespoke. That's a joke.
Had to return three times as various parts missing. Customer services very rude and told me I should have checked inventory on delivery and its my fault as I have my own fitter. Well actually some of the items do not have their own sku number so how eoukd I know? And when you spend 8.5k you would think more care would bd taken to ensure you get what you paid for.??,! No touch up pens for bespoke kitchens!! No correct sized pieces my fitter has to cut large sheets down because poorly planned. I wish I had chosen howdens now. Still dont have missing parts and not due until 19th August. My husband has terminal cancer and it has become just another massive stress we can do without.
It's been one week and still no news on the missing parts we can not use the kitchen the designer is ignoring our calls and store just says I need to call back again? How do I sort? Reply from customer services saying they are looking into it is a complete lie. No one has contacted us and its as if they hope we will just give up.

We were never given the full.plans so couldn't know that the designer had assumed ( without discussing) that there is a metal.plate that comes as standard with an oven that needs to be added. The AEG oven that matches the hob we purchased from. Wickes DOEs NOT have a meal.plate but as we ere never told about this the fitter fitted oven and hob at standard height. As drawers don't fit...we have big gap..told o en is planned much lower!! Really...I woukd have to bend down to use!! This whole situation is disgusting.
We have an incomplete kit hen and wickes stating its my.problem because they don't give you proper plans! Unless this is resolved think I need to.pass onto my uncle
who is a lawyer. The stress alone is not doing my husbands health any good neither is the fact we don't have a usable kitchen. Great Wickes..sell a kitchen to a terminally I'll cancer patient and then treat them appallingly

Our whole experience has been very positive. Simon our design consultant has been respectful throughout and listened to our ideas 100%!

We chose Wickes for a bespoke bathroom design and installation, expecting a professional design and fitting service. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

During the installation of the bathroom, a wall was plastered too far out, which now prevents the bathroom door from opening properly. To make matters worse, the toilet was installed so close to the door that even if the door could open fully, it would still hit the toilet. This is despite the original Wickes design showing that everything should fit correctly.

We reported these issues over five months ago. After repeated chasing, Wickes eventually arranged for someone to inspect the installation. The inspection took place, but since then we have received no update, no proposed solution and no timescale for putting things right. We have continued to chase for a response but have been met with silence.

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and ownership once the problems were identified. I would advise anyone considering their bathroom installation service to think carefully about the level of aftercare and customer service they may receive if something goes wrong.

Simon was amazing. He took the time to suggest options we hadn’t considered and went over time to ensure we got the best layout for our kitchen. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

From our initial planning visit to finalising, our experience was great. Neil was our Design Consultant and happy to help with anything. We made adjustments to our plans on a number of occasions and he was always available to help and support any decisions. The kitchen itself is excellent quality and we are really happy with the fitting. Our fitter was very professional, friendly and did a great job too.

Our design consultant Ryan Matts at the Long Eaton branch has been excellent & continues to be excellent. He’s helped design our new kitchen with some great ideas & solutions. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wickes again in the future & highly recommend Ryan, he’s been brilliant.

Had a bit of an issue with an online order so nipped into store. Well the service was fantastic. All sorted in a few minutes and off I went with all the flooring materials Id tied to order online.
Desiree served me and went above and beyond making sure all the Trade discounts were applied Correctly and the collection was completed. Well happy.

Visited Wickes Long Eaton recently looking for en-suite bathroom fittings. The design consultant we saw, Ryan Matts, was brilliant. Guided us through the available choices, wasn’t pushy, answered any questions promptly and honestly, gave valuable advice and finalised our order efficiently. Overall great customer service which can be hard to find sometimes these days. Thanks for your help Ryan, happy to recommend you!

I went into the Long Eaton store with disabled sister looking for some paint and a few other bit and Elaine was absolutely brilliant with us. She was understanding patient, professional, really caring and really cared about helping us which is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this store to anyone and a big thankyou to Elaine. Fantastic is the only word to describe the service. Thankyou and keep up the good work.

Just had a new bathroom fitted, Nick the design consultant was very helpful giving ideas and advice.
Also very pleased with the insulation team and fitter.

We’ve had a great experience planning our new bathroom with Nick. Across three sessions — the initial planning meeting, the home visit, and the final in‑store appointment — he took every question and change in his stride. He helped us visualise what we actually wanted and used the showroom resources to get a proper understanding of our taste and style.

We ended up with a layout we’d never have thought of ourselves, at a price lower than expected, without compromising on quality. If the installation is delivered to the same standard as the planning, we’ll be very happy with the final result.

I've never had major works done before and was rather nervous about the whole thing. From the moment I met Ryan, my kitchen designer, he made me feel much more relaxed. He sat with me, taking in all my needs and wants and came up with the best solutions. Very accommodating when I wanted to change things slightly a few weeks later. He made it all so easy and helped me with choosing the extras like tiles and flooring. 100% recommendation from me.
Deliveries were a breeze, no problems at all.
I was then worried what the install would be like. But I needn't have worried. The installer Wickes chose for me was Sean Parker from Parker Kitchen and Joinery Specialists Ltd. Sean was amazing. He got on with the job and finished it when he said he would. He arranged the electrician, tiler and plasterer. As well as installing the kitchen, he fitted 3 internal doors and the flooring for me, so there was nothing for me to worry about. Hard working, pleasant, polite, tidied up after himself, worked full days and even into the evening to get jobs done. And all completed in 2 weeks. The finished product is perfect. Again 100% recommendation.
Afterwards Customer Services checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my new kitchen.
I couldn't be more happy with the whole process. Both Ryan and Sean made it seamless. I would thoroughly recommend Wickes if you want a new kitchen.

Neill was our kitchen advisor and I can’t recommend him enough - his design was perfect and utilized all the space in the kitchen. Overall we are very happy with our kitchen and have already sent a friend there!

I used Click & Collect today and my order was ready within the promised time. The team member at the desk was polite and brought everything out to me quickly.

Neill was our advisor who was brilliant from the start!
He helped us pull our design together, never tried to ’oversell’, and was on hand to answer any questions we had even during the install process.
Our bathroom was delivered and fitted as prescribed and the appointed fitter was very responsive and did a very professional job!
Neill helped troubleshoot some queries during the install and helped us with the refund of items that were not used, no questions asked and no ‘red tape’.
We would definitely recommend Wickes- Long Eaton to anyone looking at a bathroom project in the future.
