Wickes - Lowestoft レビュー 

Purchased 3bags of their Top Soil a few weeks ago and I was happy with it so I went and purchased 1 more bag, same store, same Top Soil, absolute crap, full of stones and bits of wood, yes the soil was lump free but it definitely wasn't rubbish free. Won't being buying any more.
I don't know what is happening with this company, I stopped buying their own brand white emulsion as it was like painting with water and now this crappy soil. It's like buying something once and it's great but the minute you follow up buying more it turns into trash. No more.

Would give no stars but you can’t. Awful service. Supposed to hear back with a quote in a matter of days. No response. Called up after 10 days to be told the quote has been done will get it sent over straight away. That was a week ago and nothing so I wouldn’t bother if you’re hoping for a quick turnaround.

Wickes - Lowestoft donated two flatpack flowerbeds, 4 bags of compost and a watering can to our bowls club to help brighten up the area. We are thrilled with the outcome and would like to express our thanks to Wickes and their lovely team. Brampton & District Bowls Club. Xx

Ordered a bathroom and we did have a few delays that occurred after purchase. Not perfect and cost us a deposit (with a plumber. Not wickes installation yeam) but it is nothing to do with staff at lowestoft.
I worked closely with Karl myles-handy. He went above and beyond to help me out with start to finish. And quality is perfect. The final product is 100%

Customer service at lowestoft is rubbish
Staff at till could not even look up to acknowledge(tall bloke in store)
Many times ive been served by him same every time

Sheena was the most helpful, polite and professional who certainly knows her stuff. When we visited the Lowestoft store she went above and beyond, twice to help us out. She is worth her weight in gold. Highly impressed with her. Please pass on our gratitude, we are the two women who couldn’t find the dustpan and brush nor the tile strips! Returned a product which was very poor quality, rude staff and manager even worse! AVOID

Really impressed with the customer service i received a few weeks ago when buying quite a few heavy bags of stones. The shop assistant helped me to get these into my car and even put my trolley away for me afterwards!

Absolutely useless GORDAN at LOWESTOFT Branch was very rude and made us feel that we shouldn’t be there despite having a hour appointment. He was very rude and when showing him our kitchen he said ‘ it looks like the one you’ve got is okay’ - we are a young couple and he made us feel very unwelcome, to the point we have now gone to B and Q and successfully purchased a new kitchen. Wickes you need a look at your staff members and there customer service we felt very let down. Gordon at Lowestoft very rude.

I got quotes for3 bathroom from Wickes Lowestoft MR. Karl Myles-Handy visited my house all agreed, paid deposit arranged finance for rest of the amount. Builder came and asked for extra 4k what a waste of time. builder cost around 5k each plus he want 4k. Karl Myles-Handy was the designer and still waiting for refund after several months. send many emails no replay. please refund my money

Easy booking process and good communication leading up to the appointment. Bob was very knowledge and provided me with lots of ideas to create my dream bathroom.

Mum had a kitchen put in from wickes Lowestoft ive just gone behind her tumble dryer and they have left a huge gap unfinished where the wall and floor meet its disgusting shoddy workmanship in my eyes considering they replastered im terrified to look behind other areas in the kitchen they are not all the issues she had but for how long they took to rectify other issues mum was fed up with them making excuses.

Robert was very pleasant and polite. He listened to what we wanted and gave us some good ideas that we hadn't thought of. This enabled us to design a kitchen that was both practical and met all our needs.

We were helped by Alex Haylett to get a new kitchen. He was helpful without being pushy. He did an accurate plan with effective graphics which made installation by our son straightforward. The product is very good quality and we're delighted with the result.

Our initial contact was with Design Consultant Alex. He was outstanding in every way. Even though our enquiry was a small matter he went out of his way to support & help us, so much so that we decided not to go anywhere else and simply buy from Wickes.

Very happy with the meeting to discuss a new kitchen layout and what we required. The salesman was very helpful. We now await the plans.

Alex the design consultant was brilliant. He came to our house, took onboard our ideas and specific requirements and interpreted them perfectly. Gave us ongoing support for a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved between us, local branch and head office, so we kept to our timeline.

We ordered a kitchen back in May, it was all delivered and then we ordered an extra glass fronted unit for the kitchen, the unit turned up and was supposed to have glass shelves, but no shelves and the unit was the wrong colour got the unit sorted but still no glass shelves and still waiting for the corner post and pelmet to finish it off.
Then we ordered a bathroom which was all supposed to be delivered on the same day at the end of July, the toilet, basin and units for them to go in never turned up, we chased them and they arrived 2 weeks later realised we didn't have the towel rail and still haven't got it they say its delivered but sadly not got the valves but not the towel rail its self. Can't get no joy from the branch and trying to get through to customer services is a joke.

We recently had a kitchen designed and installed. Alex the design consultant proved to be invaluable. His design exceeded our design brief. He was easy to contact and accommodated our design variations quickly and efficiently. The in store team were always helpful and knowledgeable. Once the project started on site our kitchen fitters, Mark and Issac were brilliant. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was impressive. A stress free and enjoyable project from start to finish.
