It's like they took my money and forgot about me. I have been chasing for weeks since the fitter cancelled the home visit because he wasn't happy with the designers work. I have contacted customer service multiple times who reached out to the Newport store and I have no update about what is happening. The ability to keep a customer updated and informed is non existent. The customer service team was very helpful on the phone but I am seeing no results from the Wickes Store. Not so much as a curtesy email, just utter silence.

We needed to purchase some tiles for our bathroom project. We knew the size of the bathroom but were not exactly sure how many packs of tiles we would need. Cassie was extremely helpful, she did the calculation for us on line. She explained how the delivery service worked. A young lady with a bright future in customer service. We wish her well.

Visited Newport Gwent Wickes Sunday 31st May to buy a bag of sand to mix a small amount of cement mortar. Got it home to annoyingly find the sand had a large amount of stones and rubble mixed in. Took it straight back where a young male assistant offered a replacement but no apology. They demanded my personal details, but please, thankyou and sorry did not feature in their conversation with me.When I suggested they check some other bags, they said they had already had several other complaints that day. None the less they continued to display it and thus inconvenienced me considerably in time and fuel. A small purchase I know and normally I shop there fairly regularly without complaint but feel strongly that customer care went absent that day.

Visited Newport store this morning and served by Andrew in relation to laminate flooring purchase . Fabulous customer service …..so helpful and knowledgeable.
Can’t speak highly enough about him TBH 10/10in all aspects.

I’ve have been to the store a few times, and everytime I have gone I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service from everyone, particularly Andrew, such a well mannered, helpful and patience customer assistant who can’t do enough for you. Went to buy bags of postcrete. Man on the till was very helpful and told me where they were. Lovely young lady Cassie gave me her trolly as I didn't have 1, then I couldn't pick the bags up 20kg each but too heavy for me. Cassie jumped to help me, such a relief to have good helpful staff, cassie then put it into my boot for me. I'm giving Cassie a gold star for being helpful, polite and offering help at every turn. Well done wicks, your staff are great.

Scott (manager) and team very helpful with helping lending a hand loading laminate on 2 occasions. One in the pouring rain with a toddler! Great customer service.

Just had an appointment with Duncan at the Newport branch to design my new kitchen. He was very professional and came up with some nice ideas using the display kitchens to show me how it would look. I was impressed with final design and the price

Called into the Newport branch to pick up some insulation boards and order a delivery of plasterboard and doors, the branch was extremely busy with trade and mere mortals buying all their bank holiday projects, I had the pleasure of being served by Jill, who had my purchase and delivery order sorted in no time and had me on my way, polite and professional service in what looked like the start of a very busy day for Jill and the rest of the staff... A+

Called in for some advice on sizing quantities for replacing my Shed roof with corrugated sheeting. A lovely assistant called Andrew was really helpful and very knowledgeable too! Gave me some sound advice thank you much appreciated.

Cassie went out of her way to find the exact drill I wanted (there was only one in the shop) and checked that it could be held for me to get to the shop. Excellent customer service.

Had a few issues with a kitchen that we'd recently bought from you. Craig Williams was extremely helpfull, knowledgable and resolved the matter with the upmost professionalism. Would recommend anybody to by a kitchen from Wickes .Keep up the good wrok !

Booked a home bathroom design visit. They turned up nearly 2 hours late which meant the appointment was rushed as I had to get back to work not long after they turned up. Was told I would receive designs by email the following Tuesday but they never materialised. Very poor service and still no design.

Returning customer, Had a lovely kitchen from them just over a year ago (fitted myself) very nice and quality product.
Had Duncan over to design a bathroom for us on 21st march, Happy with design he was very good and on time ! just have to finalise details and order, one small thing they only give the quote for 9 days mines up the 30th march could be a bit longer.

Informative and professional service. Lewis was a phenomenal help and recommended my mate to visit and ask for him when he next visits. Very happy with the service received.
