Wickes - Northampton Riverside レビュー 

Went in for a new shower head and as I was looking i was ask if I needed help by a lovely member of the team called Anna. She helped me pick out what I needed. Amazing and friendly. The shop was also clean and welcoming. Amazing experience would recommend.

We’ve purchased, and are awaiting delivery, of our new kitchen. To be honest, we’ve flip flopped around over the last 6 weeks between different kitchens and suppliers but, it’s been the excellent service provided by Cam Barton that has made the difference and is ultimately why we are purchasing from Wickes. Never once has he tried to openly ‘sell’ us anything. Instead, he has been calm, helpful, accommodating and has made the whole experience so far non stressful and a pleasurable journey. I will add another review (or update this one) post delivery and installation but im hoping the Wickes product matches the excellent service we have received so far.

Excellent 👍🏻 I did a click and collect order which was ready in under the 15 mins stated !! At the checkout, Dan was great, he fetched the 5 items I had ordered and offered to take them to the car for me. I am disabled and use a walker so his help was very much appreciated. Even held everything while I sorted my walker and he past each item so I could put them in the car. 10 out of 10 thank you

Visited Riverside Outlet since new. Overall genuinely great service from all staff.
Last person who served me was Charlie. Overall, very helpful and polite.

Great addition to the local area, Charlotte was particularly helpful and knowledgeable when we came in today needing advice on paint choices and recommended us some really useful accessories, nothing was too much trouble

I came into the store recently and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful a member of your team was. I believe her name was Anna. I came in for a sink pop up plug replacement, which unfortunately was different from the one I needed, however was also impressed in her sales ability as she was trying to sell me a sink replacement. A credit to your company.

I recently purchased a Wickes own-brand lock, but unfortunately it was a few millilitres too big. . As it was still unopened, I decided to return it to store and exchange it for a different size.

At the time of purchase, I was asked if I’d like a receipt. I declined in an effort to save paper and help the planet!

When I visited the store to exchange the item, I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff, who were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist. I was told they had spoken with the manager, who confirmed that an exchange could not be processed without a receipt.

As someone who works in management myself, I was particularly struck by the lack of helpfulness and empathy shown. While I understand that returns policies are in place for a reason, to be as dismissive about an exchange is not good on Wickes, especially as they have just recently opened! The staff’s attitude promotes the brand!

To add fuel to fire the Wickes own brand lock was of poor quality!

We have had a few meetings with Cameron whilst deciding upon our bathrooms refurbishment.
Throughout we have found Cameron to be very knowledgeable, very informative and a very pleasant person to deal with. He was not pushy but steered us towards items we were interested in. Cameron is a real credit to Wickes in general and this new store at Riverside in particular.
We will be going back to Cameron when start on our kitchen.

We found Aaron to be really helpful, not pushy, answered our questions and gave great advise when asked. He was really patient and sourced us a great kitchen.
We would really recommend Aaron. We will review again once the kitchen is installed.

Anna at Wickes was very helpful and professional. The new shop is very well organised and the products on the shelves are all in a line and stacked neatly. Not just thrown in like other stores.

When it came to looking for a new kitchen I was incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with a first-rate kitchen designer, Cam Barton, at Wickes.
On top of a highly professional customer manner, he produced a fantastic design for a challenging room space.
In fact, in all of my 50 or so years, I have never received customer service and expertise anywhere near this level and wholeheartedly give both the designer and Wickes my highest recommendation!

With the kitchen fitting almost complete, not only does it look beautiful, I can honestly say it works perfectly from a practicality point of view.
The quality of the units is superb, significantly superior than competitors and I expect this kitchen will last for many years to come without looking dated.

A very happy customer indeed! Well done Cam and well done Wickes! A top-notch experience from beginning to end.
