Wickes - Norwich レビュー 

Had a new bathroom fitted in February but on completion there was a pipe feeding the toilet running along the bathroom floor. Repeated requests to remedy this was ignored by the installer. It was referred to Wickes customer care to but I am still waiting 6 months later.

Wicked is a great DIY store.
The kitchen design person was fantastic and so helpful and knowable.
He made us drinks also.
The kitchen quality was fine, as we have a very tight budget.
We made this very clear we were there to buy a kitchen not a dream.
But we personally thought the quality of the kitchen from another store was slightly better than Wickes and it was less money.
So we bought elsewhere.

Recently bought a kitchen from Norwich Wickes which is still waiting to be fitted in boxes filling our only living space and leaving us with no kitchen. Was meant to be fitted w/c 21st July, now saying they can’t do fit it until October. Their customer service is disgusting, no calls back, if you do get hold of someone completely dismissive and rude. The sales people are fine while they are selling but don’t want to know when they have your money. Do not buy a kitchen from Wickes, worst decision I have ever made.

Cathrine was great, I would highly recommend. She took a lot of time and care into my kitchen.

Went in to look at floor tiles. As i walked in noticed some ex display ovens were being sold. Was then going to buy a single oven, for my new kitchen.

Paula came over to ask if I needed help. I said "I was interested in the ex display oven". Paula was so helpful about the product. Explaining about it being "sold as seen". She also pointed out a slight flaw, on the front of the oven. She also tried to help me lift it, but as it was very heavy, she said I could leave in store, till Saturday, when my hubby could collect.

Such a lovely lady, so friendly and smiley. Definitely would go back, as such good service 😄😃

Just want to thanks to Clive that was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding multiple DIY task on new house needing full renovation, and especially helped me with deciding on underfloor insulation and levelling options.

I use wickes regularly for plastering materials. The staff are always friendly. Especially Paula and Jackie. They always greet every customer with a lovely smile and we always have a lovely chat. Always look forward to seeing them in the morning. Lovely staff with a lovely atmosphere

Came in regarding a delivery what should have been there but didn’t turn up came into store a lady called Jackie phoned up customer services for me and sorted my delivery day/time out after having a few rubbish months just shows helpful genuine people are still about.

Katherine at Wickes in the Norwich Store sweet briar Road has been absolutely amazing, from coming out to measure, to the design appointment of my kitchen, she’s been patient and has an excellent eye for detail. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a new kitchen designed.

A recent purchase that was booked in a week in advance to arrive simply didn't. The time I was supposed to be in was 8am to 4pm, and when it was missed I received no communication from wicks about the missing delivery. I called to find out what had happened and the representative could only tell me that it was "out for delivery". I was told that it would definitely arrive before 7pm (if that day), or it would come the next day. It did not arrive either of those days. I called again to understand what had happened and they were still unaware of where the delivery was, and more problematically, this was the last of some of the items so a new date could not even be confirmed. Given that it was a saturday, I was told that I would be called back on Monday to be given an update and book a new delivery time, they did not call... I called on the tuesday to get and update and was told that they had rescheduled the main product bought for the wednesday, there was still some other items that were in question. I was told that I would be called back by someone that was handling it, they did not call me back after 2-3 hours. When I did, they explained that they thought I was already told that it was rescheduled and didn't need to be contacted again, they had clearly forgotten about the other products in the order. They then confirmed they were going to be there also. When it was delivered, despite being told I live on a lane, the brought too large a lorry and had to leave the 2.4 tonne aggregate on the connecting road.

Complete incompetence, terrible system for the delivery of products, they should be aware of things that don't get delivered and it should happen so infrequently that they can call you ahead of time to tell you that they aren't going to make it... its the principal thing they do, it shouldn't be messed up like this. Their communication is bad. They don't give a s$%^. I will be avoiding them.

We recently had a new bathroom installed through Wickes. The initial service when ordering the bathroom was good — helpful and professional — but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

Our installer, who was a third-party contractor, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. We were very happy with his work and attitude.

However, somewhere along the line a leak developed, which caused damage to the ceiling in our kitchen below. While Wickes did assist in getting the issue resolved with the installer, the process was far too slow and lacked clear, consistent communication. Since the repair, we’ve had no contact from Wickes to confirm everything is sorted, no apology, and no offer to help with the repair or repainting of our kitchen ceiling — which still has visible water damage.

Overall, the bathroom itself and the installer were both great. But for the £10,000 we spent, the customer service fell far short of expectations. There was a real lack of aftercare and follow-through, which was disappointing given the scale of the investment.

Lois Hall of the Norwich store was absolutely brilliant. From her home visit to her in store design nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our queries and took notice of what we said. During the installation she helped sort one or two problems we encountered and ensured that the installation was kept track. Lois vision turned our dream into a wonderful reality. Well done Lois.

Customer service was great in our Norwich store as the staff member helped sort out a bit of plumbing kit after two plumber call outs had not fixed the issue.
I have no idea about plumbing but it was great to be able to get something done in my home with his help. Thanks!

Jon from Norwich branch was absolutely brilliant so helpful , he helped find what we needed and then helped put it in the car for us

Had some issues with stock not showing properly on the website. Laini and Harry were super helpful and patient and got it sorted. They got you guys the sale and our repeat business for sure.

I just want to say that after our negative review it wasn't all bad!
I would just like to say a big thank you to Tracy and Emma at the Norwich branch of Wickes.
These two lovely ladies went above and beyond to resolve our issue regarding our refund. Tracy is especially helpful, a real asset to the store, not meaning to take anything away from Emma.
If ever you have any issues please ask for either of them as they really care about providing a 5 star service to their customers and they will do everything they can to resolve it.
Can't thank you both enough for all your time and effort.

Fantastic service from Clive O whet above & beyond helping & advising us what we needed to build a fence from scratch, to go back the next day & he’d taken time in his spare time to draw up a plan much thanks also to Jackie on the till’s amazing service

What a lovely experience the lady I dealt with called Paula very helpful and very friendly, had everything I wanted

My experience with Wickes from start to finish has been perfect. I spent time with Stuart looking at his kitchen design which impressed me enough to place my order straight away. When it came to installation Keith the fitter did an amazing job which included several other workmen supporting him with the electric wiring and tiling. I was kept informed at all stages with the Wickes contact centre who checked in with me before and after the work had been done to make sure I was happy with everything, which indeed I was! A big thank you to all of you!
