Wickes - Nuneaton レビュー 

We purchased a fitted kitchen from WICKES & initially had a problem with a faulty appliance which took 6 months to replace. We also have an issue with the Quooker Tap leaking. It would appear that its been leaking since installation & has caused water damage to the cupboard below. I contacted WICKES on discovering this issue & was advised that has an electric socket was located in the cupboard that this issue would be treated as a matter of urgency & I would be contacted to rectify the problem. Over 2 weeks later Ive heard nothing, so I contacted Wickes again. WICKES couldnt offer an explanation why the person who stated he would look into the issue had not called me back & refused to allow me to speak with him. WICKES have refused to send anyone out to look at / repair the leak. I'm being told to take photos of the issue & forward them to WICKES, I did this with the faulty appliance & it made no difference. There customer representatives still refused after receiving the photos to replace the appliance, making every excuse under the sun to avoid doing something. They just didn't care. The stress of trying to get the faulty appliance replaced made me really ill but I perceived & eventually had communications with an individual who took responsibility for the issue, stating that I would receive compensation for the way WICKES had dealt with the issue. To date I have not received a penny & when I try to contact the individual who promised to pay compensation every person I speak to is obstructive & will not transfer me to him or states they will request a phone call to be made from him but cant guarantee it. So now I've got to go through the same again stress again to try & get WICKES to fulfil there statutory obligation . The kitchen we purchased from WICKES including the cost of fitting was over £50,000. My previous review on trust pilot regarding the faulty appliance was acknowledged by a computer generated acknowledgment but WICKES don't /wont do anything else in relation to that review. My advise to anybody considering buying a kitchen from WICKES is don't because once they have your money they just don't care & will be as obstructive as possible, hoping that you will eventually drop down dead so that they never have to rectify any problem or fulfil there legal obligation.

I have just had my kitchen installed that was planned at the nuneaton store.
The best service and installation was carried out by Pete Bailey. could not be happier with the end result from start to finish Pete kept me informed and updated at each stage of the installation. The workmanship was 5 stars would highly recommend Pete Bailey to install your kitchen.

Spoke to Gary briefly on the phone having originally been into Wickes Coventry and turned away by a fully booked sales person. Gary was helpful and invited us in for a same day design appointment where Gary, my wife and I spent the afternoon designing our new kitchen. Gary was patient with us and worked with our ideas to support us in finalising our design and what will be our new kitchen. Gary also helped with advice on flooring and measurements along with helping us with a referral for solar panels through Wickes.

Kitchen was finally completed today! Gary planned it & from the 3d plans to execution, it couldn’t have been smoother. We never felt under any pressure to proceed after initial consultation & Gary enabled us to have a new kitchen within budget. The whole process was as stress free as possible and we were kept fully informed throughout each stage. Paul (the fitter) and his apprentice Sam were fantastic. I can’t rate them highly enough. Conscientious & precise. Paul has really honed his technique. A credit to Wickes. Thankyou Wickes for everything, I’d definitely recommend:)

Impressive service from Cameron Alcock-Hill -Duty Manager at Wickes Nuneaton. There was a small issue with one of the products. Cameron immediately responded via email, took full ownership and kept me informed throughout and resolved to full satisfaction.

Just bought a part kitchen from Marika. What an efficient, obliging person she is. Nothing too much for her and with a lovely attitude too. So helpful in an unusual situation and easily one of the best sales persons that I've dealt with.

We purchased our new kitchen from Wickes and the whole process was very flawless. It was great, mainly as Marika (Nuneaton store) helped us to design it and supported the whole process. She was very knowledgable and made the whole experience a real pleasure for us. Fitting was 8 weeks or so after and it all looks great. We are very happy. Thank you Wickes & a big thank you to Marika!

We booked a kitchen design consultation. Gary M designed our kitchen and was able to do a virtual tour of the design. He subsequently visited our property to check the measurements and offer additional advice. We then revisited Gary M in store to finalise the design. Gary M was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process and was able to offer his own advice, which we were truly grateful. We cannot thank Gary M enough. We look forward to seeing the design come to life in the not too distant future.

We were looking at having our small kitchen redone and had had a design done by MARIKA SMITH a very pleasant and friendly young lady. She did a really good design and we decided to go with it, and are now waiting for the installer to get in touch with a date for the work to begin.

Thanks to Marika Smith at the Nuneaton branch, she will give us the kitchen of our dreams. Marika took the time to come out to our house, assess the space and give us her thoughts and ideas after listening to what we required alongside our long wish list. Marika worked tirelessly on our designs, back and forth due to us being a bit indecisive at times. The whole process was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and we certainly wouldn't consider anyone else in the future. Thank you

Who came and measured up for our new kitchen did an exemplary job. Nothing was too much trouble. He listened to what we wanted and has designed us the best kitchen for the space we have available. We looked at a couple of competitors but Wicks were by far the best and great value with their offer. We would definitely recommend them 5star

Polite and helpful staff. I went in to find some fence paint a nice young girl with her hair tied up was helpful, explaining about the ronseal paint which is suitable for spraying with my new sprayer. Would shop there again. Friendly staff

We spent a fortune on this flooring that is NOT fit for purpose!! Over £1000 and after only a year started splitting here and there! I want my money back it has a 10 year guarantee!! Do not buy this floor.

The care and details that Gary Measom put into designing and incorporating everything we had wanted was great, also helping with the additions I wanted to make was not a problem.

We came into store on 2nd December to discuss a new kitchen. By 5pm the same day, Marika was at our house taking measurements & advising us of the best way to utilise the space we had in our small kitchen.
We then came into store on the 4th December where we sat down with Marika to view the design & discuss various options regarding appliances etc.
The final design was agreed upon & ordered. We can’t fault Marika's professionalism, kindness & work ethic.
We now can’t wait to see the finished kitchen.

Went looking for a new kitchen on Friday 27th Dec & on Saturday 28th Dec Wickes kitchen designer Marika came out to see my current kitchen space & take measurements by Sunday 29th Dec she’d created a very slick & highly functional design for a small & very awkwardly shaped room I’m amazed at how quickly she was able to come up with good ideas for transforming a very challenging space into a kitchen to be proud of & I cannot wait for work to begin many thanks to the very talented Marika at Wickes in Nuneaton for her expertise professionalism & ability to conjure up an extremely well planned kitchen in a such small quirky room

Excellant customer service/knowledge of products/guidance/support from Marika on choosing our new kitchen.
She should be given a pay rise.
We could not have made an informed decision without her. Other member of staff also very helpful regarding flooring. Very happy with service

I had my kitchen designed by Marika who was extremely professional and friendly. She sat with me for ages while I changed my mind over various things. She worked out the best deal for me including the appliances that I needed and came up with ideas that I had not thought of.
I am close to being ready for the kitchen and cannot be happier with the service that I have received so far
