Lad named sheridan helped me with measurements, information and even loading the van! Every measurement i gave him he worked out how much flooring I needed and I had 1 plank spare! Quality service! Top man

I use this store regularly. I'm in the trades and visit suppliers like Wickes all the time - but it's rare to find a server like Julie.

She ALWAYS remembers me and asks how things are ... more than that, she seems actually interested in my answers.

She's friendly, helpful snd efficient. Perfect experience for any customer.

I came into Perry store and spoke to Sean many times,very good service and very helpful and understanding and patient with me

I took off time from work and caught a taxi to Wickes in Perry Barr.

Appointment was booked with Daljit Ruprai the design consultant he refused to see me and instead was serving another customer in my booked slot.

I have raised a complaint about him with very poor customer service and unprofessional.
