Well stocked
Well stocked, everything I needed to complete my project. Good customer service, staff very helpful, especially a lady called Ingrid, part of the management team I think, who went out of her way to answer a query.

Help in store
I needed some glides for some garden furniture. I had no idea of where to find them in the Southampton store, so I asked at the desk and Charlette took me straight to them. Great customer service!

Click + collect = great!
I did a click + collect at home which was really easy. When I got to the store I told a young lady I was there for my collection. She asked for my name + PIN (I didn't know where this was so she showed me!) she got my order, wished me a good day + off I went! Easy + efficient = great service!

We had the bathroom of our dreams planned and fitted by Wickes. Designed by Ben who really listened to what we wanted and planned our perfect bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have such a wonderful bathroom. Thank you ☺️
