Charlie was very quick to respond to our appointment, she highlighted some good points and listened to what I had to say.
The plans were emailed within days, she managed to fit me in the next day to do a few alterations, nothing was to much of a problem, very approachable and comfortable to be with.

Simon has designed our bathroom and guided us through the process expertly. Installation is complete and we are thrilled.
Simon has now designed our kitchen and we look forward to this being installed. The service he has given us has been exceptional, advice and ideas without putting any pressure on us. Thoroughly recommend.

Charlie, our bathroom designer, was so knowledgeable and patient with me! I ask a lot of questions and our job was complicated but she spent a lot of time designing the right bathroom. I can't recommend her highly enough!! Thank you!

Our kitchen designer was knowledgeable and came up with a design that made the most of our small kitchen. The delivery of the kitchen went smoothly. The installers were very good, always arrived when they said they would and cleared everything up each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall our experience from design to the finished kitchen was excellent and we highly recommend Wickes. Thank you to all involved.

The process from design of the kitchen through installation was great. I felt reassured throughout. Lisl our designer was so helpful and knowledgeable. Luke who headed up the installation along with Eric, were amazing.

Purchased several items in store for my gardening project, the team were so helpful. As an older lady I really appreciate the time the man took out of his day to assist me with my goods to the car. Till staff were very friendly & more than happy to offer assistance. I would recommend this store to anyone!

The staines store is simple great. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I choose the staines branch over another 2 wickes store I use for this reason and I always seem to find what I'm looking for at the staines store

Lisl and the Wickes team made the whole process simple and stress free!! Our designer Lisl exceeded our expectations and brought to life a kitchen that was better and more functional than we could have thought of. Communication throughout the whole process was really clear, and we felt supported throughout! I would highly recommend their service!

This was our 2nd bathroom refurb in 3 years, so we didn't hesitate to go to Wickes. They have designed and fitted 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms for us since we lived in our property.
This project was our loft ensuite, so a challenge with the reduced head height etc.
Our design consultant was Simon Dredge, based in the Staines branch. The whole process from enquiry, to planning, to choosing everything was made so easy.
As we'd had an amazing fitter in 2021, we requested the same fitters again. Vlad and Theo are true masters of their trade.
Everything went well, from ripping out the old and fitting the new. The only hiccup we had, was that we had 2 toilets delivered. This was quickly rectified.

In all the experience was amazing. We previously had a very dated old bathroom, that was not space efficient. We now have a stunning, modern, light and airy bathroom. I feel like I am in a posh hotel, it looks that good.

From start in April when we sat down with our kitchen planner (Simon) to completion in June our kitchen renovation ran without a hitch. Simon came to our house took measurements of the kitchen & provided us with a virtual reality picture of what it would look like. We met with him again where he gave us the costings & time scale, which we agreed to. He was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Prior to commencement of the work, we met with the Wickes installers who confirmed the start date & laid out pretty much what was going to happen. They turned up on the date given & worked solidly through to completion. The standard of their work was excellent, they were friendly & helpful & tidied up every night. We only had one slight hiccup in that when the wall units were matched with the height of the tall cabinet it made them too high. We asked for our wall units to be lowered approx 4” which was perfect for us. We are overjoyed with the end result & can’t speak highly enough about the whole Wickes team & would thoroughly recommended.
