Shopped at the store a few weeks ago and bought some flooring. As we were buying quite a lot of boxes, my wife and I were assisted by Jamie and Hadleigh. Two really helpful guys, who in all honesty couldn’t do enough for us. If you read this you should know you are a credit to the branch.
I don’t normally do reviews but because we were so impressed we asked to speak to the store manager to compliment the staff members. Again the manager Lauren (I think her name was) was so lovely - well done Team Fenton, Stoke.

There are 5 disabled parking bays on site,3 of which were occupied by vehicles not displaying the disabled parking badge as required.Not sure if there will be any penalties for them as intimated that there would by the store staff.only excessively large & heavy trolleys for carrying 8 x 4 sheets available which as a disabled person in a chair I would find difficult to use.no baskets or ordinary shopping trolleys

I was in the store on 3rd July to buy an assortment of items, one of which was on the shelf with two different prices marked for the same item. When I went to the checkout, Kathryn was very helpful in sorting this out and in advising me on one or two other queries that I had.

Unbelievable incompetence! I ordered a Kitchen unit online with a statement that delivery is aimed at within ten days, after this time had passed a first email I sent enquiring when it was due I received two back one asking for a load of additional personal information and another telling me to create another password in order to proceed. I replied sternly that they didn’t need any of this information and I didn’t need another account, my order number & name is sufficient, all I was requesting was an idea when the unit was to be shipped,, I then finally got a human response stating it was out of stock and next due in stock in six weeks, I thanked the sender for the response stating this was too long to wait, so I’ll have a refund, then nothing, I’ve emailed three Time’s for confirmation a refund will be processed, I’ve now resorted to writing this negative review to see if that works. It’s not the first time I’ve had trouble with this company, and will probably be the last, as I’ll go elsewhere.
UPDATE I received a random delivery refund of £4 ??? Two days later two parcels arrived, I had postponed fitting the sink and started another job, when I was able to start it I unpacked everything, I was sent a 600mm door and draw fittings, but instead of a 600mm low carcass for a Butler sink, I was sent a full height 500mm carcass, another exchange of emails followed even asking about a refund I never had, I have not had a reply from my last email sent the middle of last week. I paid just under £100 for this on 1st June, it’s now 3rd August, as well as myself the customer is extremely annoyed.

Came into store Sian was very helpful, needed help with choosing a paint colour and it looks beautiful in my basement. It was blissful red.

I recently purchased a kitchen from the Ohio range, i was unsure about the process but was guided through and helped immensley by Rich and Jamie at the fenton store, Rich personally was so helpful and helped with any questions I had professionally and he was very knowledgable, i would definatley recommend their service.

Visited the Fenton Store twice yesterday.
Sky helped myself on both occasions 😊 She was amazing and so very helpful and I just wanted to thank her🤩

Great experience with Alan Pibworth from the Fenton store who designed our kitchen for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Alan happily combined our ideas with helpful suggestions of his own too, leading to a lovely design. Alan went the extra mile during our second visit to the store, when showing us examples of different worktops, doors and handles etc and couldn't have been more helpful. Looking forward to having the kitchen fitted to see the lovely design come to reality. I'll review further when it is completed.

We had a wonderful experience choosing and designing our kitchen with the amazing Hinal at the Stoke On Trent store, nothing was too much trouble, Hinal came over to confirm our measurements and the whole process was exciting and easy. We can't wait for our new kitchen, Would highly recommend and I think Hinal deserves a payrise. Will follow up when the kitchen is delivered and fitted!

Brilliant customer service, really helpful from our first question in store to helping us load the car at the end of our trip. Craig was really helpful and couldn’t have done more for us.

I went into wickes to buy some cable ties after my private supply ran out. I spoke to Lauren as I couldn’t find where they were located and explained that I needed them for some extra curricular activities. She was very helpful and understanding and made me feel validated. Wonderful customer service!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Wickes Stoke, largely thanks to a young woman working there. I was completely clueless about door handles, hinges, and locks, but she was incredibly helpful and patient. For such a young woman, we were astonished by the depth of her knowledge. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend Wickes, and especially this helpful employee for anyone needing assistance with their home improvement projects!

Wickes supported landau stoke in our community project. The staff were friendly and helpful and found our products quickly and efficiently. The learners enjoyed their trip to wickes and are looking forward to starting their new projects .

Had an issue that I needed to discuss with the store, regarding the wrong fitting for a unit in a kitchen insulation while one staff member was rather rude and dismissive - Sky was amazing she had a sunny disposition and was super helpful and a credit to the store in terms of taking all my details to pass on to the Manager.

We approached Wickes regarding a new bathroom installation and met with Hinal Mehta, their design consultant. We discussed at length our requirements. She was very thorough and professional considerering all the time us as customers. We are very pleased with the outcome. The fitters too, Danlar were meticulous in the work following Hinal's planning.
We had a few glitches regarding late and non-delivery of items for the installation. Some chasing up for these had to be done (hence the 4 stars). Hinal turned out to be our 'go to' person to sort things out, and she did, swiftly. (She gets a 5 star).
Overall, Wickes missed out because of deliveries and mix ups which were from linked bespoke manufacturers.
