Service from Sutton in Ashfield manager was excellent to my problem over a delivery

Asked in store for help ordering a flat pack range. Manager super helpful and booked us a design visit to help. Guy who came couldn't be less helpful to my mother. Stayed about 5 mins saying we don't do that even though told Manager booked it and said they would.

Some of my order was damaged so they had some stock sent from another store to ensure I had all my materials on the day.

The order was delayed which meant the item couldn't be used and had to be purchased elsewhere, but Aimee managed to get me a full refund including the delivery costs. Thanks for your clear communication and help.

I walked into your Sutton in Ashfield Store and asked one of your Colleagues for help.
His name is Luke and he is a credit to your store. Id made a list and he helped me get everything on my list and explained differences in certain sorts of paint etc.

After messing staff about trying to pay three different ways for one purchase but getting there in the end . The Sutton in ashfield staff were brilliant Aimee and a guy from the warehouse couldn't help more they even helped me load my car .
I had been in your Sutton in ashfield twice on Sunday and it was a pleasure thank you guys for making my experience hassle free.

Richard (Sutton in Ashfield) was very helpful when he visited our property regarding a new kitchen. He made practical suggestions around the limitations and complexity of our space but there was none of the "hard sell" pressure. Will visit the store in Sutton when we are the right stage of our renovation.

Michelle was fantastic, I needed help with some paint I required for a specific job at home and her help and advice was invaluable. She also gave me further advice for other projects im doing which included other items I needed which she helped me get the right ones purchased.
Along with me spilling paint outside, which she helped me with cleaning up, she was and is a credit to the store. Thank You Michelle.

I arrived to deliver a load from Aggregates R us for the store.I was greeted by Luke who explained the delivery procedure to me concisely and accurately and recieved the delivery of 10 pallets and tipped the load very promptly.

Went into store and had trouble accessing my account due to poor signal on my phone. Staff advised to connect to their WiFi which I did. I was buying some tiles and struggling as I have had surgery and should be on crutches. Was helped to my car with a trolley full of tiles by CARL who then said I will put the tiles in the car without his help I really would have been stuck. Thank you to Carl your customer service excels.

I have come for five years to this Sutton Store and its because their shelves are well arranged and choices of items bigger than usual.
Manager Aimee listened to my truth on a problem outstaying the hour and a half in the carpark and for such shopping experience was contacted by an aggressive Pcn parking firm demanding £100 fee after I explained their kitchen and bathroom ranges were very large and needed more than 1/1/2 hrs to absorb details needed to decide and I have a Blue Badge for parking and had also spent over £80 in Wickes. Aimee sorted this correctly out and saved her good customer leaving for good …. Full marks for her efficiency and astuteness.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wickes after purchasing a kitchen designed by their employee, Neil .(I do not advise ) Neil is extremely difficult to get hold of, never returns calls, and even when messages were left with other staff, I still received no response.

The bigger issue is the lack of professional knowledge. We trusted Wickes to design our kitchen correctly, yet when the company came to measure for the worktops, we were told the sink did not fit. Neil argued that the sink was correct, only to later admit he was wrong after checking. As a result of his mistake, we were forced to buy a completely new sink out of our own pocket, return the original one to Wickes for a refund, and on top of that, the replacement sink didn’t even come with a plug or overflow — another added cost.

Because the new sink was different, we also lost cupboard space and had to pay for a plumber to return and move all the pipework that had already been fitted for the original sink. This added extra weeks of delay and more unexpected expense — all due to a design error that should never have happened.

We also had serious issues with the company Neil organised to template the worktops. I explained my concerns to him after the fitter was at my house for less than five minutes (verified on my Ring doorbell), did no checks, and clearly didn’t want to be there. Instead of resolving this properly, Neil refused to call me and sent a poor email stating that I would need to pay an additional £250 just for them to return — despite the issue being caused by the incorrect sink that he ordered. This would have meant paying £500 in total for absolutely nothing.

Overall, this has been a stressful, costly, and extremely frustrating experience. We chose Wickes expecting professional service and expert design, but instead we’ve been left out of pocket, delayed by weeks, and forced to correct mistakes that were not ours. I would think very carefully before trusting Wickes sutton in ashfield with something as important and expensive as a kitchen.

Served by Mark today. Went above and beyond to help me with construction of a cabinet, also helped me put some wood in the car that I was convinced wouldn't fit! Lovely guy. Excellent example of good customer service

I rang to check if this store had something in stock and spoke to a very helpful lady called Heidi. She assured me she would put these aside for me. When I went to collect she was so helpful in helping us look for the other things that we needed aswell. She was so chatty and friendly and was a credit to the company.

I visited Wickes earlier last week to pick up materials for some panelling work we’ve been doing at home, and I was helped by Aimee. Her customer service was absolutely excellent.

Aimee took her time to walk me through all the products I needed, explained the options clearly, and even suggested alternatives so I could make an informed decision rather than feeling pushed into a purchase. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout.

Design and deliver of all products were perfect.
Although the workmen being pulled off my job to do other jobs and some plastering mistakes did mean it took much longer. But I'm happy with the end result

Really helpful staff, and friendly. Served by two staff, one had only been at the store for six months, yet really knew the products, and had a positive helpful manner. Other member of staff at till also friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I came in with a piece of spare laminate in the Sutton In Ashfield store.
I spoke to a member of staff called Brendan once I found a very similar colour to ask if the latching mechanism was the same.
He helped me get a board out, and latch it together on both the side and end piece of the board. It fit very well. He also advised on using a rubber mallet during fitting which was very helpful.

Absolute pleasure to deal with and sterling job overall.
