I wanted to buy flooring for my house. Mr. Zack helped me to buy all the things. And helped me to load the flooring. Even though I forgot to get my discount. Mr Zack help me to get it . I recommend him if you want get a good service...

We recently visited to choose some paint for our house and were trying to match a specific colour. We were fortunate to be assisted by Paul, who was cheerful, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to his support, we were able to find the closest match to what we needed. His assistance made the process much easier and more enjoyable.

Good service initially, hence one star. However, after the installation of my bathroom the promised follow up, should there be any issues, was non existent. No one wanted to know, not even a so called ‘manager’ despite promising to act immediately. They simply weren’t interested having already received my initial favourable review directly after the installation. In fact, I hardly had time to take my first shower in my new bathroom when they were pestering me for my review, now I know why! My advice is to be prepared that the ‘after service’ they promise at the outset, may well not exist.

I was looking for some help and advice buying new doors, radiators and other house renovations products. Paul was very helpful and polite staff who helped in wicks store in Sutton to understand what each product was good for and its performance. Thank you Paul keep up with good customer services.

David and his colleagues were amazing from start to finish. When I walked into the store, I was asked by David if I needed any help. I explained to him the items that I was looking for and he asked whether I wanted him to show me. He then took me over to the garden centre and went through everything in detail As I am disabled he called his colleague to assist with the picking up and placing on the trolley of the items. He then organised for another colleague to come to take the trolley over to the till and then once payment was made take all items to my car. Sriwan who took the items to the Till and then to my car and put them in my boot was very polite very respectful and very professional much like David too. I’ll be totally honest in saying that I didn’t expect such a great service and I look forward to returning to the store again soon.

We needed advice on floor tiles and the advice and service provided was excellent.
We were served by Keston, thank you and well done.

Paul was very helpful in discussing which nails would be best for my project and showing me other items I required.

Sam collected my C&C order for me...quicker than promissed and beautifully handed over to my brother.

I received appalling treatment from two members of staff.
On 22/03/25 around 4 pm I was shopping in Wickes Sutton. At the counter I was served by the young white male. After I paid for the goods the cashier didn't give me the receipt so l asked if I could have it. He looked surprised and said that he already closed the transaction and I can't get it now. He didn't ask me if I wanted it, he just assumed that I don't and closed the transareceivedction! I said that I need it because my costumer will refund me for the goods. He tried to end the conversation by saying "I've closed the transaction goodbye".(!!) I've pointed out that this is absurd.
At this moment the other cashier (young black female) joined in, asking me if I asked for the receipt and if I did not ask for it beforehand then it's to late and they didn't have to give it to me. They both made me feel very uncomfortable.
At this point a couple of other customers helped me saying that I have to get my receipt, it is a given, I shouldn't have to ask for it beforehand and confirm that the male cashier never asked if I wanted it.
The female cashier instructed the male cashier to refund me so we could do the transaction again. The male said that he didn't know how to do it so the female took over. She asked me how much I paid. She was visibly annoyed and irritated. I could not recall how much exactly it was (she had trouble working it out because I had used my discount Wickes card). She asked me how much change he gave me, I didn't know that either . The whole process took a good few minutes and was very unpleasant. They were acting like whole situation was my fault. I said that I have been going to this shop for years and nothing like this ever happened before. She replied that "this is irrelevant"(!!) After I said that it is your colleague who made a mistake and I shouldn't be treated like this she replied, saying "I wasn't serving you and it has nothing to do with me"(!!).
I was treated very badly by your staff . They didn't show any kindness or politeness at all. Through the whole process they were rude and unfriendly.
It didn't have to turn out like that. I wasn't acting angry and we could've simply sorted it out in polite manner.
I suspect that my polish accent did play some role. I didn't think they would allow themselves to behave like that with someone else. It did upset me a lot.

I went to buy some stuff to do a roof clean. David was incredibly helpful. It's really nice to find professional workers who do their job with a smile in their face, especially at 6.30am. Thanks a lot.

Angela’s creativity, professionalism, patience and guidance was awesome. She provided valuable input and made the whole process designing my kitchen an enjoyable and relaxed - Angela is a credit to your company a true service professional.

I’ve been visiting Wickes recently in and out, trying to plan our new kitchen.
On Monday 3/3/25 after work not long before closing time I popped in again with some questions. Despite end of the day Amy and Ria was giving me advice and support fully engaged with great patient. Great Customer Service from Keston

Had a great experience at Wickes thanks to Keston. Unlike many staff who seem temporary and unsure about stock, he actually knew what was available, even going to the back to find an item for me. On top of that, he helped me with other items and even took the time to assist me to the entrance. It’s refreshing to see someone who knows the store well and genuinely wants to help. Great service!

One of your staff whose name was Paul was very helpful and informative. He gave me some very useful info and was happy to take the time to talk to me.

We purchased 21 packs x 25 kg of tiles today from the Wickes Sutton store and had an excellent experience. The manager and the entire team were incredibly friendly, professional, considerate and attentive.

Also special thanks to young gentleman, Callum who assist us upload all heavy tiles into the car. Callum was extremely helpful, polite and hardworking, We saw him always willing to lend a hand especially to senior citizens in heavy product.

The good store management and whole team also deserves credit for their dedication and excellent service.

Wickes Sutton is a fantastic store with outstanding customer service, and it is always a pleasure to shop here!
