We recently had both our kitchen and bathroom installed by Wickes and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From the initial design stage through to completion, the entire process was easy and required very little intervention from us.

A special thank you goes to Mark Steward, who acted as both the designer and project manager. His expertise, attention to detail and suggestions to deliver what we wanted were evident throughout the project. Mark listened carefully to our requirements, provided excellent design ideas and ensured that it all came together.

Communication was excellent from start to finish and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally and although there were a few minor hiccups along the way, they were handled efficiently with minimal disruption making the whole experience stress-free.

The workmanship by Paul and Gary was outstanding. The finished kitchen and bathroom are just what we envisaged at the very beginning. We would highly recommend Mark Steward and the Wickes team to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Thank you for transforming our space into something we can truly enjoy for years to come.

Really happy with the experience of Mark designing our kitchen. He’s been easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted, and came up with some great ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves.

The design looks amazing and we’re really excited to see it all come together once it’s fitted. Communication has been great throughout and everything has felt straightforward and stress-free.

Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone to design your kitchen!

On our visit to Wickes Tunstall, we met Mark Sheward who promptly booked in a visit to our home to measure up..He then booked us in to see the design hed come up with on computer and had met our exact requirements.He dealt with us in a honest, efficient and professional way, clearly wanting the best for us.
We found him to be a pleasure to deal with and we were delighted with the design.

Just had a click and collect and was served by holly was greated with a smile. I was able to pick up my products quickly and with ease

I visited Wickes in Tunstall to purchase some sliding wardrobe doors at the order point. Mel was really helpful and patient, working through the products and measurements we needed for my new home.

Great service from Kaitlyn in the Tunstall (8455) store. She was very patient, assisting me with my order. Excellent customer service.

We placed an order on the 9th February.
We were then told we had to go back in as the card reader wasn’t working.
Then in March, we were told on the phone that they had missed the panels off and that they would give us a discount and throw in the adhesive. When we went in he said he couldn’t offer a discount so we ended up paying £1500 extra.
At the 26th March they have taken our money but heard nothing further.
Only bumped up to 2 stars as when we complained the manager was actually helpful. As writing we await an outcome and will update as order progresses

Had an appointment with Mark Sheward, from the moment I mentioned I wanted a takeaway kitchen to fit myself his demeanour seemed to change, although to be honest he wasn't engaging from the off. Having explained our wishes he seemed quite obnoxious, dismissing our suggestions as basically daft, in the end I told him to design it how he felt it should be, thinking I can tweak it afterwards and buy what I need, he never took the trouble to send the design over by email, although the click of send on his email may seem tiring to him, it's been two months now and I've now let B&Q have my money. Tried to sort the lack of contact from him via Wickes customer service - equally appalling. May I say - if you are in Stoke and want a takeaway kirchen, go to B&Q Festival Park, young staff members but amazingly helpful, and the delivery guys - absolute stars. Been tempted to drive to Wickes to tell 'Mark' what I think of him, but he's not worth the effort, in my opinion an arrogant unhelpful man.

Mark Sheward is a credit to the business, He listened to the brief offered insight and a guidance when needed. I am confident we have made the right choice due to him.

Mark Sheward our design consultant, he designed our kitchen to match our needs and he gave us good advice from his experience.
He was also very personable

We recently visited our local Wickes, re a new kitchen. We spent time with Mr Mark Sheward, the design consultant, who took us through the whole process. He was very patient and listened to our ideas. On his visit to our home, and the drawing up of the plans he gave us excellent ideas and solutions to our design issues. He explained the whole process in detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Mark is very knowledgeable, with excellent customer service, and has a great can do attitude. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had our kitchen designed by Mark Shewood. He came up with more ideas than we could have thought of in six months! Our kitchen will be completely transformed, and brought bang up to date! It was a great experience, looking at his thoughts and ideas... and he's a really nice bloke too, who had time for all of our questions.

I work at a local school where a group of pupils are trying to start a new gardening project. They asked Wickes for help and, the very next day Wickes donated a range of tools to help them get going. The pupils were delighted.

Mark Sheward came and designed our new kitchen.We came to the store to look at the design.Mark is very confident in his ability and has a wealth of experience.He listens and is more than happy to make changes if required.He designed a beautiful kitchen,I am excited to see the end result.

We had excellent customer service from Mark Sheward from the Tunstall store he guided us through the process from design to choosing and was never pushy he gave us the time we needed to decide he gave us excellent ideas of things we hadn't thought of overall we were really pleased our kitchen is due to be fitted on 12th January Mark has helped with the changes that we have made and it was absolutely no problem I would definitely recommend him if you need a good designer

Mark Sheward was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly, nothing was too much trouble. His design was just what we wanted and needed for our small bathroom. If we need anything designing again we will be back to see Mark in a flash!
