Wickes - Wallsend レビュー

I love the bathroom that Andreas has designed for me. The process so far has been enjoyable and I cannot wait to get the installation booked in!

Thank you so much to Andreas for all of your help designing our kitchen! The experience has been so simple quick and fun. Your expertise has helped us so much, we’re very grateful for how friendly and honest you have been from the start. We can tell how well you value your customers and how hard you work. We appreciate you!

When planing a job,I thought about B&Q, but I checked Wicks out for price/size. I was pleased I went with Wicks.I received help from a smashing lass called Nicola (Wallsend),She was very helpfull & pleasent . the discount in the trade app. is 100% better than B&Q(0%).
Thanks Wicks
first stop on the tippy tappy.

From the moment we meet Andreas today we knew we were in good hands - very professional very friendly and designed our kitchen we couldn’t of imagined it’s everything we hoped and more - absolutely over the moon thank you so much

Mainly bad organisation on behalf of the fitters. Took 2 months and should have been a week. Sales rep in Wickes store in Wallsend was terrible when we were trying to resolve fitting issues. I would not use Wickes again.

A counter assistant at the Wallsend store, Christine, was most helpful to us in locating and choosing some door handles. Her assistance was much appreciated and would commend her on her patience and manner - a true example of a valuable assistant.

Visited for dulux emulsion paint.had great customer service from ANN. She spent so much time finding me the perfect paint , from mixing samples and explaining different colours .i just had to appreciate her time and patience……well done ANN

Professional & friendly.

Called into wallsend branch for paint, staff were so friendly and helpful, answered all my question to decide what to go for. I will definitely return

Called into Wickes in Wallsend this evening to look at skirting boards. I asked for some assistance and a lovely lady called Dawn came to assist me. She was a great help and just wanted to commend this member of staff for all her help and assistance. Thank you.

Great experience - Andreas was a very helpful lad with great product knowledge some great ideas to build our new kitchen. We had a follow up appointment a week later and again Andreas was very helpful with designs, We purchased our kitchen and couldnt be happier with the service provided to us.

The consultation was excellent. However, I did not receive any follow-up. No email with a link to the design. Nothing. I spent about two hours in store and I have nothing to show for it.

Excellent kitchen design service by Andreas - expert advice and extremely helpful. Thank You

Great experience - Andreas was very helpful and brought some good ideas to build my new kitchen. We have a follow up appointment, so hopefully we can move forward with the fitting soon. Thanks.

We have just purchased our dream kitchen from yourselves! Excellent service provided by mark lucas ! Mark provided help with planning our kitchen design answered all our questions with ease, advised us on things that we hadn’t even thought of !

I can’t recommend this service enough, there was no hard sell, just honest and professional input, the design and product knowledge was second to none and the price was fantastic. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to install our new and fabulous kitchen.

We were really impressed with our visit from the Wickes Kitchen Design Team representative. Professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, they took the time to draw out our kitchen needs by asking insightful questions. They quickly built rapport and gave us real confidence in the design process. A great experience from start to finish of the visit

Design consultant gave us a few good tips and seemed genuine but 2 weeks down the line we still haven't received the quote and plan that he promised to send us within a few days. No correspondence whatsoever. Needless to say we have gone with a local company and not Wickes.

Megan at Wickes Wallsend was very friendly and helpful, and answered my questions. The staff are always really approachable here, and they know their stuff. The range of stuff in the store isn't huge, but if they have the products you want, I've found the quality to generally be high.

Absolute life savers! A Monday night 10 minutes to 8 & I needed some washers as I had a leaky pipe under the sink. I knew the store was closing but this was no issue for the colleagues who helped me find what I needed and got me in and out quickly. The manager and team were all having a good laugh and clearly enjoy their work - will definitely be my number one go to now

When I called into wickes I was not sure what I needed or actually what I was looking for, I asked Nicola if she would give me some guidance, as I have been to other DIY stores without much luck or assistance I was amazed at the detailed advice and money saving tips I was given, needless to say I managed to purchase exactly what I needed. All stores and retailers could do with a Nicola, her help and knowledge was great thank you
