Leo was great. Stood looking for something on the corridor, he asked if he could help me and showed me the exact products at a great price

Kiiti was very helpful and went out of her way to find an item I was looking for.

We are both in our 70's and we decided to get rid of our bathroom and replace it with a new modem shower room from Wickes a one stop shop. the first delivery of the shower unit was the wrong one, the second one that was delivered the installer said it was also the wrong one again, but weeks later Wickes designer came to the house to show him that it was the correct one,
We spent around £13,000 all in fitted, everything replaced,
we ended up with a toilet that was not fixed to the wall, the installer said the floor was not level, but he replaced all the floor tiles, he also fitted a string pull light on the wrong side of the door, so at night time you have to go in the shower room with a torch to turn the light on this is because the installer decided to rehang the door on the right when it should have been on the left.
Wickes chose the external installer for you but should any problems arise, they will deny all responsibility because it's not a Wickes issue.
Once they have our money they just don’t care, if you have any problems or need help
it’s never there problem they just pass the book, we sent a letter to seven of the main bosses at Wickes head office and basically got nowhere, the aftercare and customer service are not on the customers side they wont even speak to the installer about any issues.
We are £240.00 out of pocket using local trades people to fix there installers mistakes.

I'm a regular customer of Wickes Watford I see Maria almost every time I come she is unbelievably helpful totally professional and a great ambassador for Wickes. Today I needed some paint mixing and Haroon could not have been more helpful brilliant service thanks a lot.

We dealt with Gordon, who could not have been more helpful, good-humoured and patient. He answered all our queries, even the stupid ones and imparted his knowledge without showiness. Ask for Gordon when you go to this store.

Total waste of time. Made an appointment for a kitchen designer to come and talk about new worktops, sinks, hob etc. When I told him he said they only do complete kitchens. Had there been anyone in the shop to make this appointment or speak to about it perhaps they might have told me this before I waited in for a five minute no can-do visit.
There's never anybody around in the shop to answer questions! Gave one star because there was no way of giving none!

The staff at the store are fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than happy to listen and explain. And a special thank you to Leo today for your help

What an absolute gentleman and total professional.
Tom has been so helpful, he walked us through the whole process, giving expert knowledge and advice.

We have a lovely kitchen now, which was designed perfectly and even wit the amendments, and last minute additions/changes, he was always accommodating, respectful and helpful.

I went looking for a watering can in the Watford Wickes store and they were marked out of stock. Shaz went out of the way to check if they were on order and when they would arrive. Keep up the good customer service👍

I ordered a kitchen through Wickes. Tom came to the house, measured and designed it with/for me. He was a pleasure to work with. Clearly experienced at his job and extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness!, very reassuring with lots of good advice. I now have my dream kitchen and couldnt be happier. Thank you Tom!

We have recently had our bathroom renovated by Wickes after previously choosing them to do our kitchen and ensuite. We have been extremely happy with the attention to detail and customer service from the team at Wickes Watford, in particular Tom our bathroom designer. When issues arose within the installation, he worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the final result. Our finished bathroom is lovely and we are proud of it. We would recommend Wickes Watford highly if you are considering having your bathroom or kitchen refurbished. From the designers to the installers and the supportive mangers in store, we have been impressed in every way over all three of our projects.

Outstanding customer service from Leo at the Watford branch. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly, offered assistance, helped us locate the paint colour we needed, and even carried the items to our car. We are delighted with the service received.
