Wickes - Wimbledon レビュー 

Went into the wimbledon store today. Could not find what i wanted. Asked a member of staff ( Ross) and he helped me with what was needed.

I have just recently had a new full fit bathroom fitted including floor tiles ,wall tiles ,shower, bath,sink, and toilet.Wicks have been an excellent example of customer service attention to detail from my first approach to the last.
Tahir who helped to design and give the original quotes was very friendly and listened to our needs.The installation went as planned and completed exactly on schedual.For my liking exactly what I want on job like this.Any issues were handled efficiently ,and were swifly dealt with.I am really delighted with the service, communications,and final outcome.My Bathroom is a delight to use.Thank you all at the Wicks team

The experience was so disappointing. The lady was ment to arrive at 15:30 she called to say she was lost at 16:00 I then called her at 16:30 to find out where she was. She told me she was parking the car I waited and waited I keeps calling her no reply. Eventually I gave up waiting and left the apartment at 17:30. I haven’t heard Ron her since. No apology no text nothing. Such rude service.

Tahir Younes in particular was very helpful in dealing with my questions and setting up an order for me.
This was my second visit to Wickes Wimbledon in the last few weeks and both times staff have been friendly, helpful and informative. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ross is always so helpful, he is always happy to help and approachable, I have been coming here for years and always look for him, he is knowledgable and is the main reason I come to this wickes.

I needed screws and didn't have a clue! Thankfully a member of staff (Ross) was very helpful in directing me to what was required. Proper customer service - exactly what is needed in a DIY store.

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience, which has been nothing short of exceptional from beginning to end.

At the Wimbledon branch, Tahir Younes provided a truly professional and reassuring experience. He demonstrated all the qualities you would hope for from someone selling kitchens at Wickes: deep product knowledge, patience, honesty, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help create the best possible outcome rather than just make a sale. Tahir listened carefully, offered practical and creative solutions, communicated clearly throughout, and made the entire design and purchasing process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and customer-focused approach really set the standard.

I would also like to sincerely thank Lloyd at the Customer Success Centre in the Isle of Wight for his continuous support. Lloyd was consistently helpful, responsive, and proactive, ensuring that everything stayed on track and that any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. His support made a real difference and provided great peace of mind.

The delivery team also deserves recognition for being punctual, polite, and careful, and the team that collected the rubbish were equally professional and efficient, leaving everything tidy and hassle-free.

Most importantly, a huge thank you to the kitchen fitters, London Dream Constructions. They were absolutely outstanding: honest, professional, highly skilled, tidy, clean, respectful, punctual, and always positive. They had a real can-do attitude and approached every challenge with solutions rather than problems. They worked with smiles on their faces, treated our home with care, and delivered the project on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard of quality. Their workmanship and attitude truly exceeded expectations.

Overall, this has been a fantastic experience with great people at every stage. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wickes and everyone involved to anyone considering a new kitchen. A well-deserved 10 out of 10.

Wimbledon Wickes is a fantastic store, all of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and and very helpful and cheerful.it made me emotional how helpful they are. Ross was incredible with his knowledge and expertise and Aminul was very helpful on checkouts and also Senami was great by helping me take all the items to my car and helping me load it. They are a godsend to the company I hope you guys are giving them a christmas bonus for all their help. I am never going to B&Q ever again the experience was rubbish compared to this store.

Asher and Karice were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. I will keep coming back to this store because of their amazing customer service. Wicks you are very lucky to have them both!

We were extremely fortunate to work with Ria who gave us an amazing advice on the kitchen design and spent time carefully matching our budget and expectations. Highly recommend, we are very satisfied with the service!

We wanted to change our bathroom to a shower room so decided to go to Wickes again. Went to the Wimbledon store and luckily found Thanim (design consultant) still working there. He designed our kitchen a few years back,and we haven't changed a thing because it works so well. So we had no hesitation in asking him to do the shower room. He visited and came up with a plan, drawings and rough estimate of cost.
He was very patient with me, and always replied to my messages. The installation company he allocated us was exemplary (Aamer)and the workmanship by Naz (and Omar )was superb. The whole team from Thanim to the installation workers made this another great job from Wickes.
I would highly recommend them ,five star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recentley purchased both a kitchen and a bathroom which were designed by thanim malique at the wimbledon store. We are delighted with the quality of the products and exceptional service we recieved throught the entire process. Thanim was increadibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was always available to assist us makeing the expereince pleasant and smooth. He consistently prioritised our needs and ensured we felt special during the design phase and even afterwords. He provided us with a fantastic design that is not only visually appealing but also perfectley practical for our needs. Both kitchen and bathroom look great.

Had a kitchen and installation and the and whole process was amazing. We are so happy and a big thank you to Thanim Malique our wickes designer from the Wimbledon store who was the reason as to why we ended up going with wickes because we felt he listened to us every step of the way. He gave us the confidence we needed to do it and we have a wonderful kitchen. Recommend wickes kitchen and installation always. Great quality and service.

I was very impressed with service I received today from Will at Wickes Wimbledon. Will is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in a professional manner. He listened to my problem and questions, and helped me to find solution. I’m glad I went to Wickes Wimbledon and that Will was working today. I always get good service there, but today I found it exceptionally good.

I went into Wickes Wimbledon store browsing kitchens recently and was approached by a very charismatic designer, Thanim Malique who explained everything I needed to know about my kitchen and how to approach my project. He had so much knowledge. Thanim gave me all the options and was so very honest about what I can do with my space. He was not trying to pressure me into buying a kitchen and rather approached it all from a very neutral perspective giving me all the relevant information I needed. I really appreciated the time he took to help me. And generally I found all the staff in the store very helpful

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen design, thanks to Tahir. From the very first consultation he really listened to what I wanted, offering creative ideas whilst making sure the design suited my space perfectly. The home visit really helped the design process. The overall design and purchase process was smooth and stress free, with clear communication at every stage

Whenever I visited wickes in plough lane to purchase from paint to skirting board or even small things like nails KUNLE went extra mile with his excellent customer support to help me n made sure I am on a right track with all the tools or things for the work I am trying to get done by myself.He has been always working very hard to deliver excellent service.
