Our bathroom project went super smoothly! We ordered it in May and it was all delivered and installed by mid July!

Wiktoria Builders Limited carried out the installation and were super quick and professional, delivering a very high quality finish. Even the hot weather didn’t slow them down, with the installation carried out in just 6 days.

Gordon at the Winnersh store was very helpful and enabled us to design what we wanted very easily.

Will definitely use Wickes again!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. For the third time this week I have been in to pick up/return items and have had to listen to your male staff standing around chatting with unnecessary swearing. Not really appropriate to be doing this but using strong expletives (f' and c ,words) when there was a family with children in there (not with me) is totally unacceptable. I commented to the young lad that served me and his reply was "he's always like that"! I'm sorry but it's unexcusable to be doing this on the shop floor. Won't be shopping here again!

From the point of arranging a visit with (Max - Winnersh store) what a truely.professional friendly service from a person with great knowledge and advice (could not have asked for more) very happy with the design, kitchen quality and the look is superb - I think a game changer is the home visit and the guidence - would highly recommend

The team installing our Wickes bathroom was the Red Dragon Co. - CEO Simon. They worked very hard and wanted to please and do a good job. They took pride in their work and showed many skills transforming our tiny bathroom into a modern more spacious room.

Wickes: Some design and ordering issues (missing items, layout, wrong size cupboard and wrong/damaged replacements. Also initially tried to change original fitters/instal date despite me agreeing and paying for addition work. Oven supplied was faulty requiring 2 visits to fix.

Red Dragon, Simon, (fitters) were very good.
They were accommodating and made sure I was happy. Returning to complete or rectify where I was not 100% satisfied. Kitchen fit, flooring and door hanging was especially good. Electrician liaised on all sockets and lighting positions without assumption.

Visited the store today and was greeted pleasantly and had great service from colleagues in store,all round great experience.

We highly recommend using Wickes design service for a new bathroom. Max from Winnersh branch design service drew up a great design which incorporated a separate shower and bath, which others thought impossible! Premier plumbing arranged by Wickes completed the installation. We cannot recommend them highly enough, such an efficient team, hard working, nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely impressed with the end result including every part of the installation with such an impeccable finish. A seamless process from initially seeing Max for the design to the final installation with Kirill and team, we will be returning for our other bathroom and kitchen! Thank you to all involved.

The customer experience of the design; and subsequent installation was v good. Our installer was v good, kept us informed on progress, and went out of his way to acquire matching trims etc

Our installation didn’t include extractor fans, and some advice about them would have been v useful (I found this more than a little stressful)

Our initial design missed handles / knobs for the cabinets, with this only noticed when these were being installed.

Wickes was very impressive initially. Our designer, Ellie, spent a lot of time listening to our wants and needs and came back with a design. After a few tweaks she produced the design we then agreed. The fitter was brought round to meet us and the timescale for the fitting was agreed as approximately two weeks. At that time we were told our water in the kitchen would be off for, at the most, two nights and possibly only two nights without use of a cooker. It sounded so simple. Bearing in mind we have quite a large kitchen, we were very surprised to hear that our fitter would be working alone. The work included fitting the kitchen itself including all appliances, moving electrical points where needed, tiling and decorating. After weeks of no running water or use of a cooker we were becoming exasperated with the progress to say the least Wickes where we purchased the kitchen and who employed the fitter, and of course who we had paid, did not want to know about our problems. The problems included the fact that there was a shortage of some kitchen parts in the initial delivery which the fitter was told would take 10 days to deliver. Many days (around a week) later we were advised of a delivery date some 10 days hence. On going into the local Wickes we were told to deal with the Customer Centre in Scotland direct as they could not liaise with them on our behalf - it wasn't allowed! There were many other problems along the way. The store declined to visit site as they said it wasn't something they do although several people using different branches of Wickes have had a different experience of that. Our lovely planner Ellie had by this point left the company - a shame as she had said she would visit at least twice during the fitting). Would I recommend this branch of the company - have a guess. All that said we are happy with the final result, achieved after just over six weeks.

Ellie from the Winnersh, Reading Wickes store helped me throughout the process of selecting and fitting a bathroom. Couldn’t have been happier with the amount of support Ellie gave me. It’s quite a daunting experience and considering I’ve never done it before I don’t think I’d have gone through it if not for Ellie. Couldn’t also be more pleased with the finished bathroom!

We had our kitchen and bathrooms designed and managed by Max G at the Winnersh branch and had another great experience through the process. He carried out home visits to ensure everything was how we had agreed it, and even when there were issues (not by his doing) he was very quick to resolve these. We would definitely recommend using Max and would look to work with him again.

We ordered bathroom products worth £ 6000 from Wickes, Winnersh, Berks. All items were delivered except one (2 shower heads ordered but only one delivered). We informed the coordinator who raised an enquiry to the supplier. To my shock, the supplier insisted that they delivered both and Wickes cannot do anything. It's infuriating to say the least, insinuating that we're lying and attempting fraud. In addition, Wickes, consider products purchased from their brochures and bathroom & kitchens department as "special order goods". To clarify, Wickes did not do any design and our order did not include any special or custom-made/made-to-measure items. All products were ready-made. When tried to return or exchange products- still within 28 days of delivery and their original packaging, they made us feel guilty and uncomfortable to do so, although it is our statutory right. They expect customers to spend thousands of pounds but no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
In addition, only one member of staff we can liaise with but they work part time, so no one can answer our queries, return or exchange when they're not in store !!!!!
The whole experience is unpleasant and upsetting . I would not recommend them at all

Massive thank you to Max from the design team in Winnersh for designing our new kitchen. Max was very patient with us during the design process as we weren't totally sure where we wanted to go with it. After a number of design revisions we finally got to something we liked. Max then help manage the process after the design to ensure we had a fitter provided within a short deadline that we had to get the work done. Arek from Arrecco Ltd was a fantastic fitter and we could tell from day 1 that we were in good hands. The fitting went smoothly and if there were hurdles they were overcome quickly and professionally.

Would highly recommend using Max at Winnersh Wickes if you want to get a kitchen designed. Never had any doubts from the start and we are pleased with the results.

Ellie provided us with a good bathroom design and ran with the project all the way giving us total support along with Carl Gates the installation team. The quality of the goods, service and installation were excellent. Ellie continued with follow up to verify satisfaction. Would recommend Wickes Winnersh for bathroom installation.

We had a very good experience with Wickes in Winnersh. Ellie, the designer, provided excellent design services, and Kiril and his team did an outstanding job with the bathroom installation which was beautifully finished on time. We were so pleased with the results that we returned for a kitchen redesign and installation. This time Nick Shaw was the installer and again a first class job. Ellie visited several times during the jobs to check on the installation. It's been in place several months now and everything is still very good. We highly recommend the teams involved for their craftsmanship and professionalism.

I have just completed a Wickes Intelliga kitchen. I fitted this myself, only using a tradesperson to fit the Zenith worktops. The quality of the units supplied was excellent as were the detailed instructions. We are delighted with the end result and show it off to anyone who cares to come and look.
The staff in Wickes at Winnersh couldn't have been more helpful. Max went through the design with us and the units he selected fitted perfectly. During his period of leave (paternity) Clare was also exceedingly helpful and did everything she could to assist us.

Absolutely over the moon with our new bathroom and keep wandering in to take another look!
From the moment we walked in to Wickes in Winnersh, not really knowing what we wanted, Ellie Chapman-Druce helped us choose a style and after visiting our old bathroom, came up with a fabulous design. The service from Ellie from start to finish was exemplary. Wickes also kept us fully informed at every stage of the delivery and installation process. Then Kiril (Premium Bathrooms) and his team carried out the fitting to an incredibly high standard. Rarely come across such faultless work.
We also replaced out kitchen worktops, sinks & taps, again with help and guidance from Ellie.
Would definitely recommend both.

Had a fantastic experience from start (design with Ellie Chapman-Druce at the Winnersh store) to finish ( Kiril and his team from Premium bathrooms). Love our new bathroom which any luxury hotel would be rather pleased to have. Will definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future projects. 5 star all the way.
