Excellent service from knowledgeable staff member in particular Emily

I’m a carpenter from Worcester and I’m in the Worcester branch everyday getting supplies and I just wanted to show my appreciation for the excellent service I receive every-time I’m their and the one member of staff I’d like to thank the most is Emily as she always goes above and beyond to ensure I’ve everything I need for the days jobs so thank you Emily for your excellent service to me all these years

Excellent service from the Designer Wayne Hollick. Went over & above to ensure I have everything to assist fitting one of their Bespoke kitchens!

Booked a bathroom fitting appointment for a quote, the office called me to say the sales advisor was running late and would be arriving soon.. fair. After an hour's further wait and still no show I called to cancel the appointment. I was told it's unfair of me to say the sales staff can't be bothered. Well my advice is to shop elsewhere

DO NOT BUY OR HAVE A BATHROOM INSTALLED BY WICKES.

Ordered bathroom from Worcester site.

Okish service, from Worcester but when problems started both planner and manager washed their hands with us and fobbed us on to customer service dept.

2 weeks fitting time quoted, when work started we had an issue causes by the fitters , then we then had to wait 6 months for the bathroom work to be finished. Wickes admitted the fitters must have caused the 1st problem then at end of the installation denied it, even though we have recordings of phone calls made, supplied via GDPR team at Wickes!

Constantly fobbed off by customer service department, constantly having to recap the incidence on phone as you never spoke to the same person. We were always promised a call back from management to discuss, but it never happened, wasted 3 days holiday to wait in for the calls that never happened!
Constantly having to call in chase up, wait for a calll back that never happened, via Wickes and contractor.

In the end wrote an email to the CEO who passed on us on to
Customer complaints specialist, who handled the issues terrible, I constantly had to chase up contractor who was going to sort out issues, didn't turn up a couple of times, and weeks would go by without hearing a thing unless, I chased it up.

At the end of the issues, being sorted the same customer complaints specialist was offering a pathetic compensation offer, for all the trouble we had encountered for , which we only had a couple of days to decide to take offer.
Perhaps the most insulting line in regards to never getting a call back from a manager was, and I quote: 'Regarding the calls and emails made to Wickes, our offer encompasses the acknowledgement of poor service provided to you however the decision to call and email in to Wickes is ultimately down to you.' err we tried to but no one would call us back!?

The stress and upset this has caused us is unmeasureable, we didnt want to go through claims courts as the stress took its toll, and we just wanted it to all to end. We will never use Wickes again, not even to buy a nail! The most awful home improvement project I have ever gone through!

Please listen to my advice, look at Which magazine report, look at the FB groups set up about Wickes terrible service for kitchens and bathrooms . (wish I'd done the above research!) we are certainly not in the minority, all I can now do is tell anyone not to use Wickes, and have to put with what we went through.

Absolutely shocking designer didn’t measure right , cupboards sink all missing had to get builders to move extractor fan all at my expense

Today they’ve contacted me but doing nothing but luckily I get to pay for 2 more cabinets they failed to deliver and I’m arguing that
Communication is so poor I’ve emailed the CEo of the company and included the press
Wicks responded to this but have failed to sort out the issue so I am now with the financial ombudsman

Just wanted to thank all at Wickes for a great experience during the purchasing and installation of our new kitchen. From the very first visit to the store and subsequent great service from Raj to the final completion of the work, it's been a pleasure. Raj took on board all our particular requests and produced the perfect design. He then matched us with Jon, our installer who translated the design into reality and we commend them both for their professionalism and expertise. I will certainly be recommending Wickes to everyone.

Just wanted to write in to say Connor was really cheery, friendly and helpful! :)

I use this store regularly to purchase material for my customers. Every time I enter the store and Connor he’s working you can hear him as soon as you enter, he’s happy, friendly, approachable and offers advice to all customers.

He’s always provides excellent service whether it is first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Connor is an absolute credit to the company. He deserves to be recognised for his continued professional and excellent service. Thank you you always brighten my day.

Beth Sidhu our design consultant was unbelievably brilliant but it started with Callum who we spoke to first to book an appt. We only came in for lagging but saw a kitchen we loved after many months of looking. Callum was happy to stop what he was doing to help and we just really liked him! He was helpful and friendly, interested and happy. If it hadn't have been for his expert service we might have just looked and gone on our way but he was so lovely we booked for a design consultation straight away. Please pass that on to him.
We then had Beth arrive at our home and we just knew she was right for us. However good your kitchens are it is the people that sell them in reality and Beth has been brilliant. Thorough, friendly, relaxed and completely understood what we wanted. It is clear she loves her job and takes joy in finding people solutions. Beth also spoke highly of Wickes as a company which is so important to us. If we are going to lay out thousands I want to feel confident that we are paying that to a company that values their staff and Beth told us she feels highly valued which really pleased us. We are awaiting next steps now as we are all signed up and we have every confidence that Beth will ensure our dream kitchen comes to fruition. She's wonderful, a credit to you and a fantastic ambassador for the company. Please tell her and get her a big bunch of flowers! She really deserves it!

Just ordered a kitchen for a narrowboat from Wickes Worcester, although it was not exactly straightforward Wayne the salesman did an absolutely first rate job in sorting it for me! Nothing was too much trouble, Many thanks Wayne!

Beth was absolutely amazing in assisting our very need. Her manner was both extremely professional and helpful and I cannot recommend her enough. A credit to Wickes Worcester 8406

We ordered our kitchen from Wickes in Worcester & it was planned faultlessly by Beth Sidhu (Design Consultant). We decided to have the kitchen fitted by our own builder who happened to be our son. Any problems and Beth came to the rescue & helped us to overcome the issue. Nothing was too much trouble. She was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, polite & went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. We would be grateful if our sincere thanks were passed on to Beth.

I has asked for a quote for a bathroom which came through really quickly however the price had been inflated and did not include the items i had requested but alternative more expensive ones. I asked for them to review the cost to the items i wanted, no response. Poor service really overall. I would say go to a local independent trusted trader who would value your custom.

In buying various small items today we noticed at the counter that there is NOWHERE to place items. We are fuming as in buying a,water butt and various accessories we are one bracket missing! £1.25.GRRHHHH and all because of bad checkout facilities.
I do hope Wickes will be more organised in our bathroom installation that we have booked!
