Waiting for delivery of stones and…
Waiting for delivery of stones and decking from Wrexham branch and then received call saying their delivery contractors haven't turned up and wouldn't be available for another two weeks. Two of us booked a holiday to complete the job but the 'non' delivery team at Wrexham explained that this is a regular occurrence because they deal with contractors. Absolutely disgusting customer service and care.

She was very patient and helpful, suggesting and advising us on colours of cupboard doors, worktops and makes of appliances. We had a really positive experience choosing our new kitchen.

Beth Whitehand - Kitchen Professional!! Top marks
Me and my other half sorted out a kitchen through Beth Whitehand (design consultant) in the Wrexham branch recently. She was ace and could not be any more helpful with designing and arranging our kitchen design. Highly recommended and if Wickes is reading this, give this lady a raise!!
