Dubious practice poor experience
Everything from start to finish, was terrible. They took money for out of stock shoes but sent a different pair without asking even changing the shoes in the delivery note that came with them. I am sure they realised they were out of stock and decided to switch. I had to jump through hoops to send back the unwanted/unordered shoes for a refund and supposedly them sending out the correct pair. That took absolutely ages and had to chase for the postage after they then confessed to them being out of stock. The customer service gave initial impression of good service but nobody took ownership and it was a different person each time ostensibly oblivious of what was going on. Canât say I will ever buy again from this firm after a month of my time was wasted.

Bought a womenâs New Balance 6 E as I have very wide feet. All I can say is wow! No pressure on my little toes, Didnt feel squashed. Due to the space I feel I should have got 6.5. Used an insole and foot fits perfect.
Very comfortable and will buy again. When there are more 6E sizes available in 6.5

Surprised to find the shoes shipped from the UK (first clue was Royal Mail as shipper), but arrived promptly. Package was beat up so it was fortunate that they fit and I did not need to return. I need wide shoes that do not put any pressure on my insteps. I've been noticing that sizing on all shoe brands has been increasingly inconsistent and inaccurate. For example, from the same brand, a pair of 4E shoes will fit and another pair of similar shoes will be very tight. The 4E shoes I got from Widefit were genuinely wide and had plenty of room at the top
