Bricks were blue! What more could you ask for?

Prompt and well priced

We bought red single bullnose bricks to create a front edge to some steps. Wienerburger claim that these are frost proof. After two winters they have all cracked and are flaking.
These bricks are not worth the money and are not frost proof.

I bought Sandtoft standard pattern roof tiles to patch in a roof area. I required them to fit into an existing space but each tile was 4mm wider that the specification. So after laying ten tiles tightly horizontally they still gained 40mm and would not match into the space I had.
I contacted Sandtoft and they requested I email them information. Then they ask for more information, then more information. Finally they said the tiles were to an acceptable size and within tolerance and it was my problem to solve. They were not interested.

Bought some concrete roof tiles. They are heavily scratched. The rep said that they were unsightly but still met the standards and would wear in time. Not interested in the way they looked just that they functioned as roof tiles. Sandtoft range don't buy.
