They advertised human hair and supplied me synthetic hair. My whole head is in complete tangles. Reached out to them and they said they could see the tangles but could only give me a 20eueo refund and no replacement. Complete and total scammers. Dont lose your money to them

Placed my order on 20th July and it still hasn't been dispatched. Keep being promised different dispacth dates but still not shipped.

Sent me a 8inch when I paid for a 16inch made it impossible for me to return it not handing over return details. Stating I would pay for return and offered me a £8 redund!!! To make matters worse the bonnet in the bad had been used. Won't be ordering from them again.

I’m based in South Africa and had not expected my order to be delivered that fast! The customer service replies fast after you pay, informing you of your shipment and also answering any other questions you may have. But that’s not the best part😱😱wait until you open your package and see the hair unit😭😭🥹🥹😍😍so beautiful, dare I say the videos don’t give it justice? It’s even more beautiful and I want more😅😅

This hair is really good. It’s so soft and the customer service was amazing. A little shedding but the hair quality is perfect.

Just a Waow. I haven’t bought a wig this lovely in a long while. So smooth . Fits in perfectly. And the gifts so lovely. My second time of buying from wig fever within 2 months. I ordered a 3 in 1 half wig kinky straight and it did not disappoint! It was so soft to the touch and amazing quality! Since I live in Canada, it took about 1 week to arrive. It was worth the wait, as the hair is definitely top quality. Thank you Wigfever!!! I will order again in the future.

The delivery was so fast to Calgary Canada….even faster than our local deliveries here. Hair so true to what was advertised. I love the colour and suits my skin perfectly. I’ll buy more hairs

First time buying from them, I was scared at first but I decided to give it a try and trust me their customer service is on point. I got my wig two weeks after because of my location. The wig came in good health with souvenirs too. All I can say is thank you, I’ll be buying more

The delivery was on time and customer service was always there when I needed to change some of the details. Additionally the hair.… the hair is amazing 🤩 I am in love with it it’s so flawless it came bleached and and plucked and the lace is lacing really well. I strongly recommend

This company is an absolute disgrace, they have not retuned my refund after sending me a faulty wig, the wig crinkled at the lace and when I emailed them they told me to put the wig on a mannequin head and tidy it up, the refused to pay the refund which it states on their site if the there is a fault they pay for the return, I have been emailing them since at it seems they have blocked me from their email somehow without sending my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. This is misconduct and they are actually stealing from customers. I have called the number on the site and left text messages and no response. This is diabolical. I am so disgusted and upset and out of pocket!!!

At first I was afraid of not receiving my order because it was the first time I ordered on this site and I thought it was taking a long time. I contacted them and they responded quickly and sent my order. Honestly, the quality of the hair is superb. They don't tangle together. Easy to brush. Bleach, pluck. I am really satisfied with this wig 100%

I ordered 2 wigs from Wigfever based on favorable reviews. The 1st one came in and it looked nothing like what was on the website. It's been 2 months now and I'm yet to receive the 2nd wig. No one is responding to my messages and the tracking info has been saying in transit since May 15, 2025. I can't even get anyone to give me any update or refund.

I can honestly say I’ve purchased two wigs from Wig Fever and they’re both amazing. Both are glue less wigs, the real definition of through on and go straight out the box. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping with this company.
