I’ve had a great experience with WigShe! My second order arrived just as beautiful as the first. My first order was Wig094 and my second was Wig022. Both times I received excellent customer service and would absolutely purchase another. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you WigShe!

I’ve always wanted a wig from here. It took me a long time to afford one because it’s double the price that I normally buy wigs for. I am extremely disappointed tons of shedding and the knots do not look like they were bleached. I tried so hard to get this wig for me. I sewed a strap in since it doesn’t come with one and doesn’t feel secure. I cut bangs to hide the knots. And the amount of shedding is crazy. So I will never buy a wig from here again. I will stick to my first wigs because the quality is so much better and half the price.

Terrible experience. The wig I received looked nothing like the photos online - the highlights were huge and streaky. And the return process was a nightmare: 10% restocking fee + trying to force me to pay $60 for the return label.

HI there -- the hair piece is too red -- unlike the picture -- and I have written Wigshe several times -- without response -- I need to return the topper hair piece -- my order number is nowhere to be found and there is no way to track my order on the Website!!

First, I absolutely love my WigShe hair, it’s really beautiful and silky soft. I had this one customized with cooler colors. Brunette with mushroom blonde neutral with cool blonde and money piece to frame my face. I washed it first to get out dye residue and air dried , this hair dried so soft and silky with light waves; then I went in and added light layers. This wig is so pretty. Thank You WigShe!

Just ordered my 2nd wig from wigshe because I loved the first one so much, the quality, density and hairline is perfect. I get so many compliments wearing 035 in blonde. When it comes to wigs you really do get what you pay for, After years of trying so many these are the most realistic and affordable I’ve found

I ordered from this company last year and loved my wig. I ordered the same with this year but the knots did not look bleached and were noticeable. Then the lace ripped on my third wear and they wanted to charge me to have it returned and fixed.

Again I can’t say enough about wigshe taking care of me. Whenever I have a question for them they go out of their way to explain everything in detail and give me advices on any concern or tips. Thank you for caring. I can’t get over how nice and high quality of their wigs and how they manage to get me exactly the colour I asked them with a few tweaks that I asked. It’s the best affordable quality prodiyou can find. Try it you won’t regret it.

I have bought 2 wigs from wigshe and I am super happy with both of them. I am very happy with the price and the exceptional quality. I have been wearing my 1st one for a year now and almost everyday and it still looks perfect. I recommend to use good quality products and you will keep it for a long time. The customer service for my custom order was amazing and super helpful. I want to thank them for making my hair loss journey more pleasant and making me feel more confident again wearing something that looks natural makes a world of a difference. Wigshe is a great place to deal with. They let you personalize each wig by offering a note section where you can add more details about what you want. They contact you by email after you order and you are able to contact them at any time while waiting for wig to arrive. Responses are quick and consistent. I have never had to return anything so I cannot speak on that. The quality of the wigs for the price is outstanding. The cap construction is solid and I prefer this type. It is real human hair and you are able to color and cut it with no issues. The hair is thick with little shedding. Will last a long time with proper care.

Excellent experience and product! The people over at wigshe are polite and very easy to work with. The wig itself was absolutely beautiful and true to the photo. The hair feels so healthy and luxurious. And the scalp and part were super realistic- the lace is a fine HD lace which is hard to see! They also bleached the knots and there was only one single visible knot in the part. Ive paid for deep bleach with other wig companies and you can still see knots! I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the quality of the hair. I would without a doubt recommend wigshe to anyone looking for a human hair wig!

Wigshe has the BEST customer service I have ever come across when buying wigs. My customer service rep was patient and really walked me through each step of the human hair wig buying process. She took the time to have me measure my head precisely, so that my wig cap will fit me perfectly. She also discussed how I would like the rooting, the knots and where I wanted the part, making sure to confirm each aspect of my new wig. This is my second Wigshe wig. I got my first one a few weeks ago and I can tell you, the hair is super soft, a realistic density and it looks so much like what my own hair did for most of my life. I was SO impressed that I have now placed this second order. If you are tired of buying from human hair retailers that do not listen to your concerns or tell you one thing and when you get the wig it is completely not what they told you it was going to look like and the color is NOTHING like the stock photos (I think we have all been down that road) then give Wigshe a try.

I've purchased 3 times from wigshe. Each experience has been great, the quality is outstanding. I've worn wigs for many years and nothing I've had before is as good as the wigshe human hair. They are custom built and take a bit of time but they deliver by courier with tracking and the customer service is always accessible for questions about the order.
They can do really amazing blondes/ash tones and balyage.
I recommend this hair 100%!

Dedicated consultant: my consultant, Lenny, worked incredibly hard. He patiently addressed my questions until we were confident enough to place the order. This was my very first wig purchase and I needed every bit of guidance that he gave me.

Custom color perfection: he even coordinated a custom color to match my natural bio hair, exactly, ensuring a seamless look. It felt a bit scary from my end, but I did feel confident that Lenny would be able to pull it off. I sent a lot of pictures and he was able to take that and replicate my hair color perfectly. Once again he never wavered to answer all of my many, many questions!
