Book at flight through wiki.com, got a reservation confirmation after fully paying for the flight. At the check in counter it turned out there was no reservation at the airline at all! They advised that they have had similar issues with a lot of other passengers, and that repayment, if at all, is very complicated and slow.
Do not use!!

Writer Charlie at Wiki Creators LLC replied immediately to my request and offered good recommendations for my Wiki Page, guarnteeing conformitt with their guidelines. He followed up on a frequent and proactive basis. I had no idea, that he would be familiar to psychological framework abd theories; this familarity to psychological fieldwork helps me to get the better biographical Wikipedia Page.

Ho acquistato un biglietto aereo per fare rientrare mio foglio da Tenerife dopo il lockdown , dopo un giorno mi dicono che il volo è cancellato e loro non ne sanno niente; per il rimborso mi propongo di pagare una quota di 20 E in modo che loro provvedevano a richiedere il rimborso alla compagnia...pagato anche questa somma dopo circa 2 mesi nessuna risposta. Ho chiuso con la loro azienda , poco affidabili . Statene alla larga anche da offerte vantaggiose. Super Sconsigliato.

I only wish I read these reviews before I booked our trip with kiwi.com I paid over $4,000 CAD and they offered me a refund of $14.65. I spoke with 3 agents all in the Pillipeans every agent explained our baggage limitations differently. After a week of trying to get accurate information from 7 different agents I find that our itinerary did not include checked baggage with one of the four airlines we will be flying with. As its imperative my traveling companions require checked baggage I have to buy it when I check in on the second leg of our flight Thai Lion Air. They insist if I buy check baggage I will invalidate the Kiwi Gauranty. I strongly advise against using this outfit as they do nothing for you other than read to you what you see on your ticket or read from a script. I which I have option to reject any star to this company wiki.com it is the worse company that I have deal with. False advertisements on there website, i search throw Skyscanner and I was directed to wiki, I buy the tickets from Mykonos to Madrid and I have one stop at Milan the first fly had luggage but the second one was never described on my Itinerary that luggage was NOT I pay to wiki €89.00 for two passengers luggage. I am the pain more money at Milan to Ryanair €80.00 because they did not add luggage on my second fly! Ridiculous.

I contact them and they put me on hold for 20 min because their manager was on a phone call I spend over in hour on the phone with them and they literally refuse to let me speak to a manager!

For my future flights that I have book Through them they refuse to add my fly booking number into my account with Ryanair just incase I have issues I rather deal directed with the airline.. for cancellation they will charge more than 20% of the ticket..

I do NOT recommend to book anything with wiki.com the three customer serves representes did not try to help me it all...

Worse company ever!

They double booked my flight from Santiago de compostela to Denver .and wouldn't rufund me.the flight itinerary was a nightmare. When you call customer service and get a call center in Bangalore india.this company is disreputable .I could say out right robbers.

Ho prenotato 4 biglietti aerei ad un prezzo concorrenziale, peccato che qualche ora dopo mi sia arrivata una notifica di "aumento del prezzo esercente". In pratica avrei dovuto pagare una differenza di oltre € 700 per confermare la prenotazione. Inoltre per il rimborso sulla carta di credito impiegano fino a 10 giorni. Questo sito è più simile ad una truffa che a un servizio di viaggio.

DONT BOOK With They are a scammer’s.Can I change my booking even though I still have three months.I tried to cancel my flight with them. They won’t even give me half of my money back. They won’t even let me change again. And if I want to change anything they want to charge me a full amount of two tickets

Salve ho prenotato il 6 maggio un volo per 5 persone e fino ad ora non ho ricevuto nessuno biglietto elettronico o scaricabile, il 26 luglio ho il volo con ryanair. Ho cercato di chiamare il centro assistenza wiki.com e mi dice di completare con il pc... ma dalla prenotazione mi dice tutto confermato. Ho bisogno di risolvere al più presto questa situazione.

I continue my review, to let all know how wiki.com works at the moment:
After asking my refund on the first 24 hours (Easyjet's grace periode) as the flights wiki.com sold me were impossible to achieve, they now offer me a refund of 515€ less than what I payed, and at the moment I don't clarify why.
I hope that finally I will be able to change the rate, but at the moment I'm totally disapponted.
Of course, I'm going to the Police if that is not being arranged.

Customer service excellent. I talked to Jan and he was very nice and helpful. Waiting time for refunds take a lot! But i understand it’s not entirely in Kiwi’s hands...

The travel consultant Jennifer is really nice.
She is patient and enthusiastic, and helped me a lot.

A lot of what's written there is some kind of lie, tho. 50\50 % Truth but the rest is like someone wants just to claim us all with this. Moderators need to work more carefully on posting made by some noname people.
