Same as everyone else on here. Nothing turned up. No response for 2 weeks to emails. Then claimed item had been delivered. Criminals. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.

THIS SITE SUCKS!!! Willaine.com is a scam website that engages in deceptive tactics to trick customers into placing orders and handing over their money or sensitive personal information. They sell various products at very low prices, but will either send you counterfeit or inferior goods, or nothing at all. Willaine.com is major ridiculous scam. They are the worst!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Scam…I have the same review as everyone else here. Ordered showed delivered. No product was ever received. STAY AWAY!

I recently made the mistake of placing an order with Willaine.com after seeing a sponsored ad on Instagram. The ad showcased a tempting offer for dumbbells at a seemingly reasonable price of £40. However, it has turned out to be a regrettable decision.

Despite placing my order on January 4th, 2024, I have yet to receive any communication or updates regarding the status of my purchase. Numerous attempts to contact their customer support have been futile, with no response whatsoever.

After conducting further research, it's become apparent that I'm not the only one facing this issue. Several other customers have reported similar experiences of non-delivery and lack of customer service.

It's evident that Willaine.com operates with questionable business practices, if not outright fraudulent intentions. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this website to exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere for their needs.

Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by avoiding Willaine.com at all costs. Don't fall victim to their deceptive advertising tactics like I did. Spread the word and let's protect others from falling into the same trap.

Nothing was delivered and never received any answer from customer service. SCAM!

No recibí nada,no contesta mi email,en 17track dice mi producto llegó,pero no recibi nada!

Ordered a product totalling to £42 with delivery, tracked the order up until 5th February where it stated that it was delivered at 22:45.
Emailed Willaine.com questioning this on the 6th February. Still no reply from them well over a week ago.

Scam , it says on the tracking number that it have been delivered,but it have never delivered i lost alot of money buying it Twice for me and my friend🤬

I can vouch for everyone’s experience with willaine! Tracking info. said delivered! 1 week later still nothing showed up nor have I received an email response from customer care.

My friend got an ad on Instagram for the adjustable dumbbells and told me about it, he bought his and then I bought mine a couple of days later. The tracking said they'd been delivered today and his had been delivered a few days ago but neither of us had received anything. It was certainly one of those 'too good to be true' moments!

I’m gutted I have been scammed. I tried to purchase some dumbbells but haven’t received anything. Please do not buy from them.
