Goods arrived safely and items just as described

I bought the Owl Adoption box as a gift, the box arrived promptly and the recipient was delighted with it.

I bought the otter adoption box as a birthday present for my sister, however there was no “this is a gift” option at checkout. I emailed to ask for confirmation that there wouldn’t be a price included on any paperwork, but didn’t have any response; I also didn’t have any dispatch notification so was unsure whether the gift was on its way or not. My sister said she liked her otter gift, but I still don’t know whether there was any price with it - I don’t think she would tell me if there was. I expect that most purchases of animal adoption boxes are sent as gifts - it would be really helpful to have a gift option for sending. I don’t want gift wrapping… just confirmation that there will be no price information and maybe the option to indicate to the recipient who the gift is from.
