She provided a detailed estimate and changed details that we needed changing. Tanya West in billing was very efficient and easy to understand and the setup is professional. Everyone in the business tend to be more honest and treat customers with respect. We live in Pasadena, I was apprehensive the company would not come this far from Virginia, but we had no problem with any employee. They were so efficient the crew showed up exactually the time scheduled. Joon Kim crew had the windows off in an hour, they worked steady until the windows were finished. They protected the floors at each window. Extremely positive experience from start to finish. Very highly recommend.
