Excellent service from Paul. He responded promptly, arrived when he said he would & gave us an immediate quote. Less than a fortnight from our initial contact, our misted windows have been replaced. Very positive experience.

Paul replaced 2 glass units in each of 2 large bays. (4 units in total). Easily managed despite limited access due to installed wooden shutters. Also replaced hinges on a dodgy opener. Very proficient, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Very easy to do business with and a friendly helpful person!

I’ve used Paul several times in the past for problems with window and door fittings for both my last and current properties. Today I called Paul out to fix a problem with my UPVC door. After googling I assumed I’d need a new fitting but it turned out it just needed WD40! Although Paul went out of his way he refused to take a penny. I’ll be calling Paul next time I have a window or door issue but I’ll be sure to check with oil first 🙂

Fast and friendly service by Paul and his son replacing a large patio door unit. From making a call on Monday it was replaced by Friday morning. The door looked a total eyesore as moisture had got in due to a faulty handle. I’d left it as I thought the whole patio door would have to be replaced and I couldn’t afford that. Paul replaced the pane for a very reasonable price and in less than an hour.

I had my windows done early February 2022 where he replaced a handful of window panes and a couple of handles, and at that time I felt that the service was good and at a fair price.

Things went down hill when I started having issues and had to call and message him many times to get any response to a point where I felt like a stalker. He eventually came round and looked at the issues and he said all the right things, said he would replace the blown glass under warranty and will try and find replacement handles to solve the other issue. Then I never heard from him again.

I sent and left countless messages and heard nothing in reply.

I haven’t heard from him since 9th April when he promised to set everything right.

His warranty, his words and his promises mean nothing. He has no integrity and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Paul has done several jobs for from repairing hinges to replacing "misted" panels. He is prompt to respond to give an estimate and then the work is completed usually a couple of weeks later. The most recent job completed today is first class, as always. Paul and now his 2 sons are very professional and do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team.

Very pleased with the service from this company. Paul responded to my enquiry quickly and came round to measure up and give us a quote which was extremely reasonable. It took him and his sons only a couple of hours to replace 17 window panes and fix several other 'dodgy' windows which apparently needed replacement hinges (which they threw in for free). They were also very pleasant with it, including being considerate of my sleeping baby! The windows are perfect. Excellent service, excellent prices, I will definitely contact them again in case of any future window issues!

Have booked Paul in more than once for repair to windows. Paul is reliable, reasonable, turns up when agreed and fixes without fuss. Paul was honest enough to say I didn’t need brackets for one window and fixed simply by using a screwdriver! Many thanks, Paul.

Great service: prompt, helpful and efficient. This was the second time of using the company and I would recommend it to others.

I cannot properly comment on their work as I have tried to get a quote from them via email and through their website. Either they no longer exist or they have too much work. Either way, they have not replied to me and have wasted my time.

Just had 7 windows replaced in the bay at the front.

Rang for a quote about a week ago, all measured and ordered and a week later all replaced within an hour.

Very happy with the service.

EDIT: Unfortunately 2 of the windows that were replaced have already failed, so I paid hundreds for them to last only 4 months. A real shame.

We had quite a few old windows with bad condensation problems in and didn't want to replace all of the windows since we are in a leasehold property.

Wish we had done this earlier - 5 panes of glass taken out and replaced, done quickly and efficiently and a couple of handles replaced - very reasonable price. Windows look great, hopefully they are sorted now for a few years at least (will report back in winter if any change).

Also I paid them twice by accident, got the second payment refunded with minimum fuss.

Had mist in some double glazed windows.

Explained also had some minor condensation problems.

Glass and seals replaced very quickly, near and tidy work.

To cut a long story short, defective seals and maybe quality of glass? have caused me problems for nearly a year. Excessive condensation and rain coming in through all opening windows.

January 2020 Paul told me he had new seals and would book me in. Unresponsive to messages. Then Covid Covid19. Finally responded on WhatsApp in October after sending photo evidence. Paul had a bad back. Now fit and well. Still not booked in for remedial action.

I am 65+ years old, with health and mobility issues, mopping up water, lived here for 35 years, unbelievable what I have had to cope with. Replaced the bedroom window where I sleep last month for my health by JH glazing, no condensation.

I think Paul and son should have said, get new double glazing don't waste £3000+ on defective seals and new glass. Maybe good for small jobs?

Needed two UVPC windows fixing as they both weren’t closing properly. The draft and noise on my busy main road was getting seriously too much!
Had Window surgery recommended to me by a different double glazing company in Norbury, who I e-mailed about the problem.
Rang Paul and he asked me to send him some photos of the problem windows.
Got back to me immediately and said they would need new closing arms and he gave me a price.
Turned up with his colleague who is also his son as & when he said he would on time and replaced both arms on both windows in half an hour.
I mentioned a broken handle that also needed replacing in a separate window and he replaced that one while he was there and only charged me an extra tenner.
Lovely bloke who I just can’t emphasise strongly enough how good he was and seriously knew his stuff!
