I have to say reading multiple bad comments AFTER ordering, made me nervous and skeptical.
Baskets were the same as the photo, delivery was on time. And I ordered at the busiest time of the year.
Shipped on 28th, delivered on 29th.
Quite satisfied with their service!

I ordered a couple of gift baskets for Christmas presents to extended family. Order placed Dec 16th, delivery days available were presented, I selected the 24th which allowed 9 days to deliver.

Received notice at 2:45 am on December 24th that the shipment has left their facility, expected delivery Dec 28th. Did they move Christmas to the 28th due to Covid?

Further, I ordered one basket and they delivered a different basket, apparently, the basket I ordered wasn't available in Canada. However, they charged me the price of the unavailable basket while the one delivered was 15% cheaper?

On principle I want the difference refunded!

Thankfully we ordered baskets from other companies at the same time, to be delivered to other friends and extended family this holiday season, of which, all were delivered on time. Amazing.

I wouldn't waste your time or money with these guys. For such a simple business model, surprising how poorly this operation is run.

This company lies about delivery dates and their staff is rude. They completely messed up my order and they make people wait and wait and wait because they lied about delivery date several times.

I was worried because this particular basket had such bad reviews, and honestly I didn’t believe it because I ordered things before and they have been excellent.

I am super pleased, what a beautiful gift, I gave to a friend that was ill.
What a perfect gift, I always get tempted to buy me one, maybe one day I will.thank you for all the elegant work that you do.

I've never experienced so much SPAM from any company - even the scammers than from Wine Country SPAM basket.
Tried to unsubscribe on line - didn't work. Called in person - didn't work.
Thank God for SPAM filters. Absolutely no respect for the customers.
So if you order from this company, expect to receive SPAM multiple times a day - forever.

My card was authorized for 205.00 when order placed then another pending charge for an additional 205.00 was done when shipped. It will take 3-5 business days for one of them to come off. This is a horrible thing to do and I do most of shopping on line and not once has anyone else done this. Never order from them.

My daughter received a Xmas presentation for Valentin when I ordered a Tower of Hearts, item 577. It was really the only Item suitable for Valentin. 577 was probably sold out, but replacing it with a Xmas item is absolutely a no-no

Unethical business practices. They continuously send unsolicited ads via email. Sending to a spam trap email which there is no way they could have obtained unless harvesting email off the internet. Absolute joke of a business. Stay far away!

I needed to send a gift basket to New York City as my cousin asked me to send a gift for international women's day on March 8. I was looking for a best deal and this vendor was the easiest to order from and the CHEAPEST. $50 for $120 item? No one I saw can beat that! Great vendor - very satisfied.
