My account was fully verified by senior support staff Leo and Lucas, who explicitly confirmed in writing that zero identity documents were missing. The moment the 21-day timeline neared, they manually canceled withdrawal request 7146730 to try and force me to play back my winnings. I have just submitted a new withdrawal under Request ID 326935. Their official support email address bounces back with a server error to block records. If this is not manually approved within 24 hours, a formal fraud investigation will be launched with my bank's risk department regarding their payment processing arm, WINBET GROUP LTD in Cyprus, for merchant misclassification and bypassing gambling blocks. Pay ID 326935 immediately.

UPDATE 25th AUGUST: As the 21-business-day deadline has expired, support emails remain entirely dead, and ID 326935 is still withheld, a formal compliance report has now been submitted directly to the Curaçao Master License Holder and their EU payment processing infrastructure for contract breach and fraud.

Firstly it'll lock your deposit into an unwithdrawable sum then when you do finally withdraw you'll get any excuse and brick walls. Withdrew £120 on 9th June, we are past the 7-21day pending period and still no movement. email received with some rubbish about security checks. Stay clear!! I deposited £20.00 over 1 month ago it showed that the transaction was cancelled but still took my money which did not show in the site but was taken from my bank. When I contacted them they said it will be refunded and I’m still waiting. The only positive thing is I’ve only lost £20. Scam!
