Arrived on time but that's it. Poor quality. Cheap electronics, no adjustment to earpods, cheap plastic components. The packaging is cheap as are the leads. Probably worth £20 not £109.

Tinny.
Sound lags behind video.
I read reviews that were good, they must have been fake. Avoid like the plague.

At least my headphones arrived, which is the main plus. They do work but there is a loose part in the right headphone which you hear everytime you move your head. I can't comment on sound quality as the right ear rattling sound is too annoying. The company does not reply to emails.

Thought i was clever enough to avoid crap from China zen rubbish but bought online thinking legit British company!! Far from it and now im £118 lighter because this bunch of liars and thieves are nothing more than Chinese scammers.
Ive been in touch with my bank but have to wait 30 days
This company sent an Ectri-branded ring instead of a Nexoria-branded one which i paid for they answer eventually emails but thats just time tactics hoping you will forget
Nexoria doesn't exist in the UK its based in China and not to be trusted or bought from otherwise you will just waste your money on cheap crap.

Please don't buy anything from "Nexoria". Ordered headphones £109, they were advertised as noise cancelling- but after arriving 2 weeks later, no noise cancelling and low quality. Furthermore, I've sent 3 emails regarding refund- no response as of yet. Looks like I've been scammed! But will be going to trading standards and my bank...
People, please be aware, this happened to a client of mine recently. Any online orders from places you don't know, check trustpilot first for reviews. Seems to be a rise of these Chinese based scamming companies...

Fell for it after searching top headphones uk . They were apparently reduced from £199 to £109 which sounds like great offer but unfortunately they are extremely poor quality in every way . Falling apart after 2 weeks and sound quality is very poor , loud but tinny . Do not buy , go for recognised name headphones.

This is without question a scam, I discovered too late that there is no company called Nexoria that supplies headphones. I paid £109 online and that was the last I heard from them, as nothing was ever delivered. They have a helpline number, but it is never answered. What I cannot understand is why VISA still allow this scam outfit to use them as a payment platform when you only need to look at Trustpilot to see that they've been getting away with this scam for months.

Update: Since submitting this review, they have now blocked me from accessing their website!

Don't do it!! Exobone/Winnergear are the same guys that are pushing Inductivv now. Garbage garbage garbage. It's some guy sitting in an industrial unit in Florida. IF you get the product, it's garbage. That's a big IF.

If you want a no name, overpriced, featureless options, this is for you. It does work and thats about it. I ended up purchasing a Aftershokz and what a difference.

Bought Exobone headphones. They are literally the worst headphones I’ve ever owned. They say they have huge bass but they sound like a transitor radio. No bass at all! I truly feel this is a scam product. You can tell by the packaging that it’s cheap. I should have read the return policy better as well. I’m fully prepared that they will make excuses not to let me return them.

I purchased the massage gun that failed. I returned it under warranty and was told it was defective and they would refund me my money. As of today it’s been five months of them apologizing and not sending me my money. I would never recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company they are thieves. If you are reading this understand they will not refund any money. This might be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and wish I did more research before I purchased it. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. As a consumerIt’s disappointing knowing this company continues to do the same thing and not one government has put a stop to it. I guess I got lucky. I didn't see this website until after purchasing. After reading the reviews here, I would not have purchased.

I got lucky, and the headphones I purchased arrived within two weeks. The worked great, and I'm looking for further info since the manual was short and sparse on instructions. I am looking a manual, since I doubt I'm utilizing all the features.

I use the headphones every day, hiking and at work for background music. I wish the volume turned down lower one more setting, but this is a minor detail. They work great on the trail (I hike nearly every day), and allow me to hear the rustling about of the mountain critters around me, while listening to podcasts or music.

I'm bloody well amazed 🙃, today I saw something I did not believe would EVER happen 🤪. 9 months ago I reported a fault with my exbone headphones. I got a reassuring email telling me to return to faulty item. A few emails later I was informed that my replacement order had been passed to the appropriate department. Many emails later I received a package🎁, THE DAMAGED HEADPHONES 🎧 I HAD SENT TO THEM IN THE USA. 😡
I wasn't happy 🤥 and continued emailing them monthly and receiving gratuitous replies.

AND THEN TODAY!!!! A new set of headphones.

My message is the product is OK, maybe good even. The customer service is modelled on the worst of those scammers, but persevere, I did and got a pleasant surprise🤗. I hope these last longer than the original ones. 🤞

Awfull. I ordered an Exobon in Jan. Still not received. I decided to cancel the order after 3 months. I am still waiting for the refund. This is a scam

This company is awful. I ordered the exobone in early December. It wasn't delivered until February. Then the product did not work. After several weeks of emails and correspondence they sent me a return label and said they'd replace the product. I returned the broken device and I still have not received a refund or replacement. It has been 2 months. Don't lose your money! It's not worth it.

This is the second set of the P30 Bone Conduction Headphones and both sets lasted about 3 months. When they work, I am sure they are as good as any on the market but for the price and you get about 3 months they just are not worth it. DO NOT BUY

Ordered January 1, no product or shipping updates as of April 11. Have requested refund.

UPDATED: as of April 15 I have received a refund for the product but not the shipping.

Total scam. They do not send the product.

Terrible, ordered a month ago. Followed up in the order was told they would get back. Followed up again...nothing.

10days delivery =3months no news (lies after lies "we'll ship it next week" is what I've been told when i contact them every time) and still waiting with no updates. Why is this store still operating online?

Terrible service! How do you even get I touch with these guys.... no emails confirming purchase.... I wish I had looked at the reviews first and I never would have order from them. No wonder Amazon is killing it, customer service is number one... don’t not buy from these people!
