I have played on the site a couple of times, I lost a decent amount the first time and then Ive literally won nearly 3k recently. However, after been asked to verify my ID with all the different documents they wanted.I received 2 emails, one saying documents approved and the second saying they were cancelling all services and my account with immediate effect.

Ive used the online chat to try and find out whats happened. All I got told was that its management's decision and given me no reasons why. More worryingly there's no mention of my money other than its being reviewed. When I lost they had my money within 2 days and now Ive won im waiting over 4 days so far...

Not the best customer experience as you feel punished for getting a win.

please stay away from this scam of a site .i think UKGC should withrawal there licence ,i opened an account with them and lost the first deposit i made ,then i deposited another fund and was able to win almost 8000 ,i have done all verification which they confirmed by email ,then when i made withrawal that was when the problem started ,they block my account ask me to contact customer service ,which i did and i also contacted live chat who could not render any help.its been three days now without any reason why my account is block ,they do not want to pay or give any reason ,
the last email i receive was to be patient that my account is under review and time frame differ but will reach out to me when its concluded ,i am beginning to believe this site is scam ,i may be wrong but will keep you guys update as events unfold ,anyone who can advice on steps to take is welcome

Stay away... Scam central.... You may win a fair bit like me but u go to withdraw........................ All u get is rediculous requests for I. D. I've done it all perfect taken days of ringing utility companies for proof of address, bank statements, phone bill for mobile, and more.. Even forwarded emails to me from utility companies to wombat casino as proof, to no avail always some stupid reason for rejected verification.... SCAM! THEY are either delaying to keep equity and interest or hope you'll get fed up waiting and spend your winnings..... Either way I will be taking steps to reimburse my waste of time and money if I don't get a verification and withdrawal approval in next few days... I will repost what happens.... Till then I'm going with scam..i apologies if wrong.. But if not I will be sharing this review all over every platform I use.. LinkedIn, Facebook, all the casino review sites I'm subscribed to.. Pretty much every where... It's not libellous if its true, is it... I'm house bound and have little spare funds and they have made things even harder.. So have plenty of time to spread the word

Wasnt going to write a review. But I feel I have to. I will prob get my account locked and my £20 I can't use taken from me. But here we go.....

This is long and started when I changed my deposit limited. I decided to unchange them and waited the 24 hours it said it takes to update. I log on it would not work. I contact support. Who tell me it's my wagering. I need to change that. So of i go again change my wagering requirements tells me wait 24 hours. 24 hours been and gone nothing contact support again. Told to wait another 24 hours. I wait nothing. Contact support again because now my accounts been restricted as I told the last advisor when I can finally use the £20 in my account I will be closing the account as this is silly now. Upon contacting support about my restricted account i get told they took my words seriously and put a hold on my account until I confirmed i agree to terms and conditions and want my account opened. So i agree to this and get told my accounts open i can play again. Once again try to play with the £20 locked in my account as costs £2.50 to withdraw of course it's not working so contact support again to be told its working there end and to try another device if dont work contact them again.....so here where the final straw comes...

I try On a new device of course doesn't work so I contact support again. To get a very rude advisor who tells me it won't work because I'm on a usa vpn. Told the man its impossible im on Wi-Fi in the UK in my home. He then proceeds to tell me I'm lying basically. It's all my fault. They emailed me yesterday and told me the issue. Funny the other 2 advisors i spoke to today didn't tell me this and I have no email. The advisor continues to tell me my wagering is set at 10k I have spent 10k. No way have I spent 10k when my accounts been blocked for last 5 days. He tells me he can't do nothing. His attitude stunk. Kept quoting there rules and regulations. In end I asked on how to make a complaint. The advisor asked me what i want to complain for when it's all my fault. I reminded the advisor as a customer i have rights and those rights are to make a complaint if i feel badly mistreated. The advisor finally gave over the complaint email. But once again blamed me for it all.

I proved i had no email from them.
I proved the run around all the advisors I spoke to gave me.

Yet im told I'm wrong and its all my fault. Great customer service.!!!

This site is a complete scam please avoid! Where do I start? Progressive play Ltd is a scam. Never have I experienced one casino making multiple subdomains under casino-pp.net. if you browse online you will find many different names for this one company. Secondly I deposited £570.00 and played 20p roulette for 10-11 hours making £3500 in profit. Then this is when all the issues started to arise.

My account became blocked for no odd reason even though when signing up to wombatcasino you must submit ID, proof of address and image of bank card (front and back) so they have all documents needed for verification plus I actually wasn't looking to withdraw the money as I confidentially believed I could have me balance up to £10,000 by the end of the week.

I was the requested to submit my banks cards again. When I done this I was then asked to submit a selfie with ID which was done. After this I was then asked to submit bank statements of recent transactions relating to my deposits on wombatcasino. All of these requests were made separately for what reason I have no idea but it did prolong time.

Then after submitting all these documents their verifications team then requested I have a solicitor to notarize all my documents which I pay £50 to do. I sent the requested via PDF which would be the normal thing to do when sending but no they wanted actual camera images. After sending all these documents they have failed to reply to any of the 10+ emails I have sent asking for an update. It has been two weeks now and I have not hear a single word from them.

When contacting live chat they are extremely useless. I've explained my situation and how long I've been waiting and after waiting the 3 business day live chat told me to wait as my case is seen as a "priority" now they are telling me they cannot give me an update or time scale when verification team must conclude this review by and I must "just wait until they contact me".

They're sentences put together sound so unprofessional it's unreal. I don't know how these two departments cannot liase with each other but I genuinely think this company is a scam from all what I've experienced. I would definitely avoid. There isn't even a Telephone number to contact them on for further inquiries. Funny thing is Google Ads have them verified as a legitimate company.

Came to this site because it has Temple of isis and I played once or twice but the forms of I'd needed to register is madness. Cut my losses and walked

Not bad, I like the way they change their promos every month, lots of offers. However I'd like to see some Playtech games as I love playing Age of the Gods, come on Wombat!

My biggest problem with Wombat Casino was their withdrawal limit for winnings, but they have been lifted, now there are no restrictions.

Had some good wins on here, and they do decent promotions too. Recommended!
