Didn’t work as well as I had hoped. I made my own turmeric nuggets ( turmeric, honey, black pepper, ginger and coconut oil) at home in the past and they seemed to work much better. So, I think I’ll stick with those.

Not as helpful as I had hoped for even with two months usage. Need something stronger and/ or effective
