Extortionate delivery charges.
Paid £25 just to deliver it to a downstairs room.
Live alone so couldn't do this myself.
Distance of about 10 feet
Agreed to waive another delivery charge of £35 to deliver to my door.
Really poor customer service.

Had a lovely hand built wardrobe for my son a couple of months ago, just what he wanted he can get a lot of clothes in it, would definitely use this company again

Excellent service throughout. The furniture is of a very high quality and good value for money. Everyone I dealt with on behalf of my mum was really helpful. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I found this Company through EBay but wanted a custom chest of drawers. I am really pleased with the final results and Woodlands customer service was first class from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them 😊

Furniture is exactly as described, really good quality. A member of staff contacted me to confirm the order and make sure it was as I wanted. Delivery was arranged for the exact day I requested and brought it into my room and assembled for me. Would order from here again

First time using this company. Excellent customer service, kept me informed about my order. I ordered a Baltic 2 drawer wardrobe. Quality crafted and looks great alongside my existing old pine furniture. Two very polite and friendly couriers delivered and assembled the wardrobe. Would recommend.

From order to delivery, I was kept informed. I placed order and they called the next day to confirm. They suggested it would be 3 to 4 weeks. It was only 10 days.
I was advised every step of the way and even the names of the people delivering and putting together. They were extremely polite and respectful.
To top it all the wardrobe is gorgeous. Great value for money and great service. I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Well made quality furniture for price point.

After viewing online we visited the showroom area to see the furniture in real life before ordering. We received great advice and assistance and ordered a 3 door, 6 drawer Cambridge wardrobe. A delayed delivery date was arranged at our request. Great communication, delivery was when they said it would be, we paid for assembly which was quick and tidy. The wardrobe feels substantial and sturdy and the paint finish is nice.

If you require well made, solid, stylish and made to order furniture at a very competitive price then you will get no better than Woodlands Furniture.

The customer service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Special mention must be made to Shammy and Maj. Shammy who dealt with my initial order and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Both he and Maj really made the whole experience smooth and stress free even after an item unfortunately was chipped in transit. It was taken back and completely remade and returned to me extremely quickly.

I have nothing but praise for this company and their staff and unreservedly recommend them as one of, if not the best company I have ever purchased from.

My delivery arrived and the wardrobe was assembled by two helpful staff, on completion I inspected tge unit and I am very pleased with the look and build quality, unfortunately a few days later I moved it to another part of bedroom and scratched it, I contacted Woodlands and they couldn't of be more helpful and set out a pot of touch up paint at no charge.
