I have mixed feelings, because I was waiting for my order 20 days and I had to threaten them to actually get it the following day.
The plywood was of terrible quality and I spent a whole evening sanding it. My partner wrote a negative review and Chris came back to us. I explained everything and eventually got a full refund, which was very kind of them.
Whilst I'm still grateful for it, I wouldn't order anything again. It's just too much hassle!

This is the first time I have ever had to leave a bad review and I really wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company!! Ordered custom floating shelves on 4th Feb told up to 7 days. Nothing arrived I chased them up and just a rude email saying basically when they are done they will email tracking. Chased 4 or 5 times to get the same response. They arrived 6 weeks later and without the brackets I emailed and they said I didn't. Order any?? They should have come with them as they are custom shelves how would I know how may they have rebated and what sizes they would be. I asked for the brackets to be sent as gesture of good will only to be ignored. I will never use this company again PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS before you purchase anything from this company.

I’m an artist about to do an online art course. I needed 18 specific Birchwood panels at a set size. Woodsheets came to the rescue. Their website was super easy to use and the delivery was quick. The items are of high quality. I will be back for more in future.
I had a great experience. I admit my heart sank when I saw the reviews after I'd placed my order but honestly it's been great. The MDF is perfect, just what I ordered. It arrived extremely well packaged so no chance of damage. The whole process took 4 working days.

After searching for local companies that could possibly supply a small number of internal shelves for our Kitchen I eventually found Woodsheets and what a fantastic Company they are. I placed my order and they cut accurately to the sizes I required and all was ready within just Five working days and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them and will not hesitated to use their services again. Congratulations and thank you.
Unfortunately a very bad and never ending experience. We placed an order on the 30th of Jan for a table top for my daugthers bedroom. It's the 10th of March and the item still hasn't arrived. I've been in constant contact with customer services who repeatedly gave me false delivery updates. I requested that I receive a refund for the shipping fee which they did accept but don't process. I also paid extra to have some radius corners added which they told me couldn't be done. Again, no refund for the extra charge. Now customer services is half reading the emails and inserting a little template completely ignoring the main points. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.
Update from next day: The table top was delivered and is completely damaged. Scratched all over and in just horrible condition overall.
A 6 weeks wait and then a damaged item. One upset child and £170 spent. I will update on how long it takes to get the refund for the item

I ordered five panels of melamine-faced chipboard with edging to all sides and radial edge cutting to two panels. The order was placed on 25/02 for approximately £230, inc. £35.94 for express delivery, which stated delivery between 27/02 and 02/03.
Unfortunately, there were no updates on the order during that period and no explanation for the delay. When I contacted customer service, I was told the panels were still being edged and they were unsure why it was taking so long. At that stage they refunded the express delivery charge, which I appreciated.
On 05/03 I contacted them again as I still had not received any update. I was advised the order was being packaged and that I would receive a call back once everything was confirmed. The representative did call back and I then received the tracking details by email. The order finally arrived at around 12pm on 06/03.
The parcels were well packaged and the quality of the boards themselves was excellent. However, a couple of the panels had slight damage, which I reported with photos. Customer service handled this reasonably and offered a £75 refund, which I accepted.
Overall, the product quality is excellent and the customer service team did try to resolve the issues. However, the lack of communication and the delay, particularly after paying for express delivery, was disappointing.
I would recommend buying from here in terms of quality and price, particularly for general woodworking or bespoke projects. However, I would be more cautious if you are ordering materials for something time-critical such as kitchen units where delivery timing and entirely damage-free condition is important.
Ordered 9mm and they sent a 5mm. I spent £110 on the order as well as a £80 builder call out fee.
Absolutely awful service, they had one job to do and can’t do it.

Placed an order on 26th January, with a delivery for 5th February.
I placed a call on 5th February to ask about status of order. I was told it wasn't started but it would now be expedited and sent in the next couple days.
3 further calls, further promises of expedition, messages that people in the warehouse were ignoring instructions to prioritise the order, ignored emails, and I'd had enough. I asked for a refund. I was told it would be done automatically on Tuesday 24th February. It didn't happen, I had to call and get the order put on hold. Refund issued a few days later.
Really disappointed in this order and I SHOULD have listened to the reviews on Trustpilot. I honestly can't believe that an online company would have such terrible service in this day and age. It was a very simple order that they couldn't fulfill.

I ordered 4 shelves on February 8th, as I really needed them delivered quickly. Unfortunately, since then, I haven't received any proactive updates regarding my order status.
I have tried reaching out multiple times—sending emails, filling out enquiry forms, and making several phone calls to request an update. On the few occasions I've managed to get a response, I am told the issue has been "escalated" and "marked as urgent," but sadly, nothing happens after that.
I was told I would receive a call back with an update today, but I am still waiting. I even texted the WhatsApp number provided in previous Trustpilot review responses, but I haven't had a reply there either.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this and contact me as soon as possible with a concrete delivery date, otherwise, I will unfortunately have to request a refund.
UPDATE: Chris has reached out and made sure the order was replaced - correct colour and no damage. I wish the original experience had been as good, updated from 1 to 4 stars.

It I would have looked at TRUSTPILOT before I order, I would not have ordered. Glad I didn’t on this occasion because my order of a 3mm thick MDF sheet was without any drama. Received the okay and it was packed extremely well. Happy with my order!
First time using woodsheets, ordering was easy, communication good, delivery fast and very happy with order when received so much so much so that i immediately ordered more. Would definitely recommend.
The delivery time, unbelievable quality of the packaging for the product and the mm accuracy of 26 pieces of plywood delivered in perfect condition leaves me very impressed. I will certainly recommend woodsheets.com and use you again.

I can't express how disappointed I am with my dealings with this company. I don't often voice my compliments but I feel totally ripped off here. My story is below for anyone daft enough to be considering placing an order with them...
Things started out with such high hopes, however I wish I had checked on trust pilot before placing my order.
I don't think my order could have been more simple. Some 100mm wide cut strips in 6mm MDF, and some 30mm wide cut strips of 30mm MDF to use as battens. I ordered on the Tuesday and paid for the express delivery option. It was quite price (£30) but with delivery either Wednesday or Thursday at the latest it seemed worth it. Wednesday came and went, no material arrived. That's fine, Thursday is still great. I get an email on Wednesday evening saying the delivery was scheduled for Friday. That's not on really, as I specifically paid for the express delivery.
I contacted the website and expressed my dissatisfaction at the amount paid for the delivery and the fact it was not arriving in the time period that it was sold as. They agree to refund the express delivery charge. But it will take 14 days for the refund to go through. Well that seems fair enough, material arrived on Friday. Unfortunately that's not where this ends...
Upon opening the material it was evident that the 30 x 30 battens had been cut as 6mm x 30mm. Very annoying, so I contacted the website again on Friday evening explaining the issue, not expecting a reply until Monday. Monday came and went with nothing back. I chase it up on Tuesday and get a response saying someone will be in contact within 2 days. By Thursday evening there was still nothing so I chase it up yet again. I finally get a response on Friday afternoon saying the job would be going back into production. By this point it is completely pointless as I have sourced the materials elsewhere. I replied with that and have not heard anything back since.
I would avoid this company at all costs. I'm now £90 down and unsure whether the delivery charge was even refunded.
